Can Magnesium spray cause AF
Also, I have had plantar
fasciitis
that has been going on since last November, not responding to anything. Thought it worth a try massaging with magnesium oil. Thursday was the first time that I used the oil and I woke in the early hours of yesterday morning feeling that I was going to get AF.

YAY!
After nearly 11 weeks - 2 of which were spent on the injury couch with plantar
fasciitis
- I finally completed C25K with a run round the marshes this evening. Feel ridiculously chuffed. Mostly because due to an injury that I sustained over 5 years ago I had given up hope of ever being fit again.

Plantar fasciitis
Don’t know if I’m on correct board but has anyone had successful treatment for plantar
fasciitis
(extreme pain in heels ). I took naproxen for a month to reduce inflammation and didn’t do any walking during that time - had 30 minute walk today and ready to go through the roof the pain is so bad.

Where should I start again?
Then next day woke up with really painful plantar
fasciitis
in right foot which I had at Christmas. Two weeks later I have RICE-d the hell out of it and it is much improved but still have quite a painful spot mid-foot.

Bit gutted
Then woke up the next day with plantar
fasciitis
. Gutted. I have had it twice before in the same foot and know the recovery regime and how long it is going to take to heal (ages). Very disappointed to have to pause C25K. Anyone got any tips to stop it happening again?

No C25K for me today..😐
To be fair I thought it might be my back, hips or heel that stopped me having recovered from disc problems and plantar
fasciitis
. One of my feet pronates more than the other too.

W9R1 ~ nearly there for the 3rd time!
Then completed again in early 2019 only to have an awful time with plantar
fasciitis
which lasted for months. I then decided to lose some weight first and try again, and here I am......

Feeling more positive for week 9
The NHS has some good advice and exercises for those also with a painful foot arch https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/plantar-
fasciitis
/ I slowed down for a couple of runs while I was recovering.

Unfortunately I also have plantar

Sore foot 🥺
Had a wee google and I think it is plantar
fasciitis
. I did have this years ago and had the inserts in my shoe etc but this feels like a different pain.

RA...When Will I Be Me Again?
My pains started in Oct ‘19 in my feet...it took 3 months to see a GP who initially said plantar
fasciitis
, by this time I started to feel my thumbs were acting strange, pain on and off/red and swollen for a day or two.

A slight setback - Plantar Fasciitis :(
After running eight days on the trot I seem to have now got Plantar
Fasciitis
. This is a self diagnosis I admit but the symptoms are spot on, pain under my foot in the heel and worse in the mornings.

Defer or not to?
I have a pain in my left foot I think it is plantar
fasciitis
. Started 2 Tuesday's ago after a 7 mile run. I then ran Brighton half on it. I was going to do 15 miles training run today but only managed 10 before I thought I should really stop.

Knee injuries?
Last year it was caused by ignoring a plantar
fasciitis
injury in my foot but this time my foot has felt fine but the same knee is so painful walking is tough, let alone running.

Eosinophilic Fasciitis
My dad, who is in his 60s, was diagnosed with Eosinophilic
Fasciitis
this past June. Apparently this auto immune disease is rare, and they don't know much about it.

Hoping my feet will let me do this
I've suffered with plantar
fasciitis
in the past so have invested in some decent trainers, professionally fitted. I really hope my feet don't let me down.
