Ok, I have got to this point before in the program. But I am feeling I may graduate π this time.
I am running more slowly but my pace is more consistent, this why I think have avoided the plantar fasciitis that slowed my progress last time.
Not sure I will cover 5k in week 9 but hey ho.

don't worry about the 5K , all you need to do is to complete the timed runs i.e. week9 3 x 30mins .. distance etc you can work on after you do graduate

Steady as she goes. You'll be fine if you go steady. Who needs to be on the injury couch! It's a terrible place to be
