Yesterday was a day of firsts for me - my first gait analysis, and then subsequently my first run in the rain which I quite liked. It was also the first run in my new shoes following the gait. I went for On Cloudflyer as I am a neutral runner but need a bit of arch support for plantar fasciitis, particularly in my right foot. For anyone currently shoe shopping, these are good.

Nice shoes! I quite like running in the rain if it’s not to heavy.

Gait analysis on the 'to do' list for me too.
The trainers I've got (Sketchers Go Run) are surprisingly comfy, supportive and have great shock absorption. However, I'm thinking about something a little more weather proof, so I'll be taking my trip to the same store, next weekend

I bought Runner’s World mag yesterday and there is an ad on the back saying that if you take in a pair of old running shoes between 13th Oct and 24th Nov then you get a £20 voucher towards any full price trainers and it’s valid till 31st December......
