Starting jogging on treadmill but suffering knee, foot and hip pain due to fibromyalgia, inflammatory arthritis and plantar fasciitis. Also have strained muscle in hip and rotator cuff damage. Anyone else in a similar situation ? I'm in pain 24/7 anyway and usually just carry on regardless but jogging has made it so I can't weight bear the next say on my hip. Doctor not really given any advice ! Any other sufferers about ? ❤

You've obviously got a lot if health issues going on. If you don't think your doctor can help is it possible to get an appointment with a physio who maybe able to point you in the right direction. Good luck😊

Sports physio sounds the way to go, remember a gp is just that - general practice not specialist in running. Behave you been on pain management courses, I know our local council run free courses, worth an investigation and if you work ask occupational therapy for a referral.Good luck
