Just done W3R3 and it went really well. No knee pain as yet and the dreaded plantar fasciitis has not returned. Watched the Japanese slow running clip and found it very helpful . Also find the very positive support from the community inspiring. The mental aspect of running is interesting... there is no doubt that if you do a good run, the next one seems easier...it must just be confidence..... and listening to a really good upbeat soundtrack!
Actually looking forward to next week!

Positive feelings! That's great!
I am also a fan of the Japanese Slow Running technique. I got me as far as w9r1 first time round before injury hit, and I am following it again now as I rerun c25k and hopefully make graduation this time! I also completed w3r3 this morning, so feeling great to be a third of the way through 😊. Happy running
Nice one - I am at the same stage at your and feeling good about things too! Where can i find out about the slow running technique....I'm not bothered about speed, I just want to be able to cope when longer runs start coming at me....starting next week!
Interesting about the Plantar, I have suffered in the past, just completed w2r3 may do the stretches for the feet a bit more regularly, only seem to do them when I remember, nice ti see you are positive after w3, the 3min run is a worry, but after today I just wanted to keep going.
Yes! Interestingly I got plantar fasciitis from playing golf , not running. Cured it by running the sole of my foot back and forth over a spiky ball ( like the tumble dryer ones) .
I’m at the same stage as you and suffer with PF, I’ve managed to just about keep it at bay by using one of those spiky roller things every day before my run and again in the evenings - they’re brilliant. Completely agree this forum is a great help and the mental aspect of running is fascinating.
