I've had this heel pain for a few weeks now and if I'm honest it's a lot better than it has been. I'm considering going to parkrun in the morning and seeing how it is after. I've not run for nearly 2 weeks this was done on purpose after the half marathon to rest before marathon training. I've missed running and even though I've been working still I'm starting to feel lazy and fat

🍏 yes he’s right… my physio advised rolling & other exercises plus fitted my trainers with specific inserts… no more fasciitis… if you have any more bother a physio is the best way forward!
