I’ve been giving my feet some focussed love, having explored all sorts of exercises to prevent that common niggle of plantar fasciitis.
It is now increasingly acknowledged that Plantar Fasciitis is not an inflammatory issue but more often an issue with reduced blood flow due to too narrow shoes.

It is the reason (as some physios and academics suggest) why icing works less well than massaging. It is all about making the foot more flexible and keeping the blood flowing.
So I came across the towel exercises by the Foot Collective. They do sell a very useful tool, but they also have some guidance on foot exercises just with a towel,
