A few questions about being a. ‘Glaucoma suspect’
So a few questions: I’ve read posts about
exercise
- he was told it’s ok to carry on playing badminton. He is an occasional runner (the odd Park Run but has in the past taken himself off and run on the Downs for an hour or two!) I don’t think he asked if that was ok.

Exercise after trabs and preserflo shunt
Hi, My son (20) has had a trab and preserflo shunt in both eyes, one in Nov 2022 and one in Jan. He would like to go back to the gym but his consultant gave zero advice on what he can and can't do. Does anyone have any advice?

Using GTN spray in a preventative manner
QUESTION
Has anyone any experience of using their GTN spray before
exercise
that they can share?
CONTEXT
My issue is that when hill walking I have experienced bad spasms on the descent and against the wind. I'm fine going uphill. It's almost bizarre.

Chest infection with gut dysbiosis
(I also have a patch of 'alectasis'—collapsed alveoli—which can be caused by infection, so GP said, or '
exercise
at high altitude' which I did do last October . . . )

What else to increase T3? Tried everything ...
But my symptoms have actually improved since TSH balanced and since I reduced thyroxine a bit, way more energy, get up early with ease,
exercise
, feel calmer and more productive. But would still love to have even better energy and more focus, and less hair loss! I am on thyroxine.

Perplexed over lab work
I have extreme fatigue, low stamina, intolerance to
exercise
, brain fog, migraines, insomnia and trouble staying asleep, restlessness. Below are some of my recent lab work results. I've included those that measured outside normal parameters and those that were borderline as well.

Common Cold and CLL? What does Immune Compromised actually mean?
I eat a Mediterranean diet for the most part, and try to get fresh air and
exercise
more or less regularly. I remained very healthy, actually, with no Covid, and not even a cold. On Halloween 2023, after returning from my 80 year old sister's birthday in Norway, I got diagnosed with Covid.

This is a long one
My HA and the illnesses were not allowed to mention made me feel so nervous about
exercise
and going out. AND I HAD NEVER BEEN TOLD I WAS AN OLD LADY BEFORE. I never thought of myself as old even though my age has been discussed.

Anxiety Strategies
Motor stuff not giving me too many headaches (thankfully) right now -
exercise
, nutrition, meditation regime seem to be helping. Particularly interesting that Levodopa doesn't appear to have any positive impact on anxiety, and may indeed make worse by affecting Serotonin and NE levels!
