I try to
exercise
when I can and eat healthy. You would look at me and think I’m fine, but I’m absolutely a wreck inside. I feel like I could have a stroke every day.

Does peak flow increase in non asthmatics following ventolin?
Can
exercise
normally with no decrease in peak flow, in fact peak flow increases slightly However after just 2 puffs of a salbutamol inhaler they noticed their peak flow increased from 300 to 340. Would this warrant a diagnosis and treatment?

If feel a bit daft asking this here - but a very high DEXA score?
for making decisions about hrt etc My results seemed a bit 'off' but everyone says oh it's fine (it probably is) but a few nurses have wanted to know why So my T scores are: Spine z score 3.3 Left femur 1.9 Right femur 2.2 And yes I am fairly sure they are positive numbers But I do very little

Surely all the incidental
exercise
of cycling around a notoriously flat city and chasing the kids to put their pants on put me way beyond ‘couch’. Getting completely out of puff after my very first 60 second run soon disabused me of that notion!

Keeping busy or avoidance?
I want to get a job,
exercise
, and try mixed martial arts. My question is, am I running away from something? I always feel like my time should be utilized more meaningfully and every minute I should be doing something to "fix" my problems.

Surgery and weight
I’ve been living with this cyst for a year and can barely turn over in bed due to pain let alone
exercise
. I previously had a cyst the same which was exasperated vaginally but it’s grown back. I am so stressed not sleeping worrying im not going to wake up or ever see my partner/family again.

perimenopause and heart stuff!
But I’ve also being having more high blood pressure (which had gone down to super good after stent)… and more aches, but not specifically after
exercise
, so cardiac docs are sure my tickers fine…..anyone else here had HRT which has then helped their BP?

I also was unable to
exercise
, because if I moved my head to the left, in a particular spot the room would spin. GP referred me to an ENT. While waiting for my appointment the left side of my face started twitching.

I suppose even though its a different sort of
exercise
I must be in some way warmed up. It was just so bright and beautiful after so many days of grey and rain. I just loved being outside and I like coach Cory too.

Heart Calcium Score scan scare
I can
exercise
fine with my heart rate to 170 at times. I don't have any heart disease in my family on both sides. My cholesterol and triglycerides are all well within normal range but..........this score came back at 332 which puts me at 99th percentile of my age group.

first time covid - symptoms expectation
Hello fellow RA warriors, I have been very careful since the start of the covid era - very limited outings/socializing, always mask up when out, no more gym
exercise
classes.

Is swimming safe
I was just wondering if swimming is safe for the liver due to the pool chemicals, I have recently got back in the pool after 40 years and I am loving it, I know my liver needs
exercise
and swimming is one of the best forms, plus it’s a bonus to be doing an
exercise
that I actually enjoy as well, now

Other than the pain(!), what are your symptoms?
I'm only now starting to give myself a bit of slack with how I feel on a day to day basis, I was so frustrated that I struggled so much to work, be social,
exercise
, and do hobbies. Aside from the classic endometriosis symptoms, do any of you relate to the above or have any further symptoms?

JULY QUEST 2024: Week 2, how's it for you?
I read an interesting article about when it's good to step back from endlessly striving to achieve fitness goals so I'm taking heart from this: https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/article/2024/jun/30/do-be-a-quitter-how-i-broke-my-

-streak-and-smashed-my-fitness-goals To make up for it

My Fibro specialist appointment - gut health
He said finding a form of activity or
exercise
that is not too hard on my body is key. He is going to recommend my GP to refer me for TMS for anxiety and migraine (I had never heard of it before), acupuncture and nutrition advice and codeine and ibuprofen for pain relief as needed.
