A Goal without a Plan....
A session of pill box and refill, sorting again, with Mr OF( a marathon in itself), and then home made soup to be made... does chopping loads of veggies, count as
exercise
? Then the day is mine.

Do you ever feel afraid/self conscious/anxious/any negative feeling about joining a community
exercise
class? id love to hear your stories, your thoughts and feelings. I encourage anyone to join my classes, but I have been thinking of running a specific ‘Resp’ class during the week too.

What is your best advice for dealing with loneliness and depression?
I’ve been told that
exercise
helps but how do you
exercise
when you don’t feel like getting out of bed? And you know if you force yourself then all you get is pain and exhaustion. So what then? I feel so lonely too. I don’t have anyone I can talk to that understands.

I think I have RA
I eat well and
exercise
regularly and just don’t know where I’m going wrong. Sorry I’m feeling very sorry for myself right now.

myocarditis
I have long covid and for months I’ve suffered debilitating symptoms of arhythmia and breathlessness and exhaustion on
exercise
Finally after an MRI scan of heart I have been told I have myocarditis. Does anyone have experience of this being caused by covid?

Been a while
Basically I’ve had one major problem since I came out, breathlessness on exertion, I.e. when I try to
exercise
. It doesn’t take many seconds for the breathing to rectify itself so I know it’s not the valve ( hosp said ts working fine) so what is it.

CATCH-up-CORNER... WEEK 2...If You're Wise...
Simple, gentle
exercise
that kept me , not high impact or prolonged or needing equipment of any kind. But... that
exercise
was and is right for me, and it is only over the last week or so that I have upped the
exercise
a tad... to support the runs that are now coming.

Chest Spasms
I was disappointed not to be offered an
exercise
ECG which may have induced a spasm. I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Exercise helps, but how?
Unfortunately, this does not provide convincing evidence that
exercise
prevents or slows Parkinson's disease. There is only limited evidence that
exercise
has a weakening effect on possible markers of disease progress.” Sources: Ernst e.a.

Once again… flare or no flare?
I wasn’t sure if a vigorous massage had set it off or if I was overdoing the
exercise
and had aggravated my cervical spondylitis. My markers showed nothing up (they haven't since starting on pred) and I wasn’t experiencing stiffness or aching first thing in the morning.
