Oooohhhhhโ€ฆ. We are getting closer to holiday time!!!!! Iโ€™m looking so much forward of having some weeks off work and focussing on my self and family and friends. And that includes spending a bit more time in a more intentional way with my fitness plans, equipment and simply my own body!

Body fit by Amy is a firm favourite on S&F, so here is one focussing on the upper body. Upper body workouts have been my go to exercise when I sat on the injury couch due to various feet and leg-related injuries.

I have to admit, I love the combination of stepping with hip hop music. But I wish I would look as cool and light on my feet as Tiff the instructor does.

NOTE: So to note that this one, unless you amend it, is not low-impact. And itโ€™s a fast one, almost too fast for me but I thought we do have some nimble footed steppers amongst us!

I'll try and see if I can get the upper body workout in - I know I don't do enough above the waist! Step looks doable too, but will depend on what my chest is like.

Oh, these videos look great, thank you very much for helping motivate me! Perhaps I need to ask FC for a โ€˜stepโ€™ for Christmas! What would you recommend?

Another 15 min stepping done with hubby, clearing up the post-work cobwebs. My bare feet are feeling it. It must be good exercise for barefoot runners! (Im not quite a barefoot runner, but tend to run in zero drops)

I did 2 live classes with Chris on YouTubeโ€ฆa 60min full body dumbbell workout and a 45min fast basic/intermediate step classโ€ฆwill be posting about it soon! Iโ€™ll sleep well tonight, I reckon!
