Changing tones
I also get the same increases with stress and
exercise
After a shortly while it does back to base level . I trust this won’t make it worse in the long term? I also note that my T can react to some background noises and remain at a higher level for a short while.

Finally completed week 5 run 3. Some observations.
What other
exercise

still feel fatigue after a hip replacement.
Hi I had a hip replacement 3months ago but still feel very tired after
exercise
. Is this normal after this operation. I am trying to walk every day and do my exercises as the physio suggests. I thought by now I should feel better than I do.

Protein
I’ve been following the diet and
exercise
and I’m losing weight but also muscle mass. I can’t eat enough protein to maintain a good muscle mass. I only have time for 2 meals a day with the intermittent fasting since I try to have a least two servings of all recommended food groups.

New, A Bit Scared, Would Appreciate Advice.
In spite of my issues I've always loved
exercise
, keeping fit and trying to be as healthy as I can be. I eat a plant based diet, dont smoke or drink and was going to the gym several times a week, as well as walking a lot.

This morning, with Paul, and anyone who can't
exercise
, in mind I completed another not Parkrun. I also met my distance target for the month! We're all so lucky to be able to do this. Forget your distance, forget your time, just be grateful for being able to get out there and enjoy it ❤️

GP won't raise my Levothyroxine
With the reduction to 75mcg of T4 and no T3, I began to feel really unwell again and couldn't
exercise
. I couldn't bear it for longer than a few days. So, before my last blood test, I decided to continue with my own very satisfactory regime, at 100mcg of T4 and 1mcg of T3 per day.

MDD and impact on physical health
What I learned is
exercise
can help but not a cure for depression. You can’t
exercise
depression away. Have others noticed their physical health deteriorate over time with Depression?

Is the end in sight???
I found a lump in my stomach in September 2019, I had noticed pain in that area for a while, particularly after
exercise
but nothing I could feel. I discussed with my doctor and finally had an MRI scan in April 2020....I had also experienced severely heavy painful periods at this time.

OCD came back!!!!
Finally I came to my senses and wrote out a short narrative (an exposure
exercise
) about going to the doctor and finding out I have inoperable cancer with only a few months to live. I read it and it scared me. Then I read it again, again and again. The anxiety started fall off….

Synacthen Test Results
Bit of background, 36M, pretty healthy in terms of diet,
exercise
, sleep etc. No medications. I've been suffering for a few months with fatigue, heart palpitations. Seems to get a lot worse after
exercise
. Checked cortisol with Medichecks which produced a 150 at 9am.

newly diagnosed with AF and been super anxious ever since
I was a heavy caffeine drinker, roughly 3 large coffees a day and an energy drink before
exercise
. Bad sleeper averaging 5-6 hours a night. Went to bed the November night and as I was dozing off my watch alerted me to a high heart rate.
