interesting article on mice, micro biome, and apathy
Your microbiome may help motivate you to
exercise
. Or it might nudge you to skip your workout. https://www.stuff.co.nz/life-style/wellbeing/300825763/dont-feel-like-exercising-it-could-be-your-microbiome?cid=app-iPad

March MATness Day 16 A: The Scissors
š„ ā On March 16, weāll be leaving behind the nice alignment between
exercise
number and date since weāre doing two (of three) related exercises in one day. Maybe thatās better than extending March by three days?

March MATness Day 8: The Spine Stretch
This
exercise
is another one that seems so easy ā and turns out to be quite challenging at least if we do it as Joe intended and thus reap its benefits.

Bed Ridden but not PMR
Last trip to ER last week, doc gave me
exercise
sheets. This has become increasingly worse on the daily. Thursday while standing in my living room something in my back popped and down I went. Since then on the bed mostly. Bowels are not moving. Day 4. Cannot straighten out.

This oneās for the Fitbit users!
Now I just tap the ā
Exercise
ā button on my Fitbit, launch my walk (or cycle, or gym session), and end it when Iām done. When I open the Fitbit app on my phone it appears there, and then itās imported to EXI once I open my app. Perfect for when youāre out and about!

Why stay?
Life in general, and every day of it seems to me an
exercise
in self-deception and trickery that it is worth taking the next step. The things are good enough or they could (realistically) get better. That piece or joy are really accessible to me.

Often I get sunday night anxiety and eat a bunch of crap, then don't

I contacted a Naturopath and discussed diet/
exercise
, lifestyle. He thought my habits were good, and suggested Methyl B12- 180 mg daily, and MK7. Also, some herbs used in Oriental Medicine have been used for many years in Asia, and have been shown through trials to help build bone.

We have cut out all red dye 40, we have increased
exercise
, but still struggle with his anger outbursts. We practice calming techniques ( which only seem to make him more mad) We are not ready to medicate him.

Feeling sorry for myself...
I can't socialise how I want to, I can't rat what I want, I don't have enough energy to
exercise
and when I do I end up paying a price for it physically. I am sick of taking my medication, sick of having my diagnoses hanging over my head.
