Holistic tips to alleviate pain
Im also trying to keep fit but am struggling to motivate as I get pains after
exercise
. What are good exercises for endometriosis? My main question is if anyone has any holistic tips to help reduce or alleviate symptoms until the surgery.

High Coronary Calcium Score
Following a thorough investigation, which included an
exercise
ECG and calcium measure, I received a stent in June 2023. I am now in cardiac rehab and on medication. My question concerns my coronary calcium score of almost 7,000.

Further evidence that even moderate exercise is good for your long term health - particularly when you have CLL!
Jeremy Faust, MD Now there’s evidence to support that the frequency/pattern of your
exercise
does not matter. You can
exercise
every day or you can do so less frequently but for longer (“weekend warriors”).

⁹Suspect 1mg was too low, next step?
Then realised there had been a gradual increase in general aches/ stiffness over-the 6 weeks on 1mg, plus in hand and wrist joints It was so gradual I had put it down to increase in walking and
exercise
I was doing. Finally decided to face facts! Added 5mg for 7 days so total 6mg per day.

not diagnosed yet but need pain tips
I’ve tried different pain killers,
exercise
, meditation and mint tea. Nothing works. The pain is only 5 days a month, so I know I’m lucky but it hurts more than my tattoo. At the moment I’m working from home in a pair of oversized pjs, because my stomach is too swollen to fit in to my clothes.

Keeping Going Part 7 Addendum
The watch will recognise and record the number of reps of an
exercise
such as a Bench Press. A timer for rest kicks in between Sets. Garmin Connect gives you a record, you can edit to put in the value of the weights.

exercise
more than 15 minutes without getting out of breath my lower chambers are beating around 80 but my upper chamber is between 180 and 200 because of a flutter. I lost 20 pounds and feel better.

Confused
I stopped drinking immediately as I was told about the cirrhosis and have changed my eating habits massively, also trying to do more
exercise
. What I'm trying to get at is is it really reversible or maybe it was never there to start with?

Before and soon after I was diagnosed with PV I used to take Microhydrin that helped me boost
exercise
input and recovery, but I was brain foggy due to clots and I had slightly impaired vision.

And to try and check that what
exercise
I'm doing is correct and not detrimental long term. It's also sad to hear that so many of us are not getting the long term support we need and deserve. I don't want to knock the NHS as I can't complain at all about my experience of cancer care.

vasospastic coronary arteries
I have had ( I think) nearly every other test which in order are
exercise
stress test, numberous echos, CT , MRI stress, angiogram, CT then open heart surgery for aneurysm. Interestingly the only lengthy period of relief ( nearly two months exactly) was after the OHS ( for the aneurysm).
