Does anyone have any guides on what to expect re
exercise
after 4/5 weeks? I realise everyone is different but it would be useful to hear other experience for better or worse!!!

Hashimotos help
I'm at breaking point, I'm supposed to get married next year but can't bear the thought of having a swollen face, I
exercise
regularly as I have 2 dogs and no matter what I do I cannot lose weight.

Fibro Scan results very high in May - biopsy shows not so bad perhaps.....
I shall keep doing what I have been doing, not touched a drop of alcohol since May, cut out sugar and eating healthily, losing weight and regular
exercise
, it's all I can do really. I have asked for another Fibroscan by a specialist in the field as it will be really interested to see the results.

AFib and Cardioversion
My thought is if Afib does return whilst this will be disappointing would I just revert to current meds ie Bisoprolol which have enabled me to maintain a decent level of
exercise
and fitness. My worst state was being in extended Afib episode and trying to get an appointment to get meds.

If I can’t do my job without meds, should I find another job?
Also, some of my issues likely stem from using medication as my main tool and failing to focus on other things that make my ADHD better or worse, like sleep,
exercise
, good diet, environment, stress management, etc. I know this is also an issue.

one year on and a problem
It’s not
exercise
related as I could go for my morning walk as usual although this morning it took more effort. Has anyone else experienced this?

Diet and CLL
She said I should eat more protein ( I am neither vegetarian nor vegan) and also
exercise
more to lower my BMI. I normally average about 5000 steps a day. I can't go swimming as I did before I was diagnosed. That is out because of infection risk from sports halls and swimming baths.

Is this normal?
So I keep reading and being told by health professionals that
exercise
is good for fibromyalgia and that social interaction is good for my anxiety and depression, but although I try to do these things it ends up making me so ill.

🍏 Can you stand on one leg and other stories
My balance is way off so I stood beside a 🪑 & wonder of wonders managed to do the
exercise
in between laughing 😆 at myself! I was grateful for the chair! Outside wintry weather had come back in overnight with the full moon! 🌝 It was bitterly cold & the last thing I felt like was my Friday run.

Nausea - is it the pred, or something else?
Now I’m back on the reduced diet - I’d like to get my BMI closer to the normal range before the op, because I know I’m likely to put on weight afterwards, not being able to
exercise
as I normally do - but ever since I’ve developed a new symptom: feelings of nausea when I’m hungry, which go away briefly

Recent Thyroid Results after stopping the pill. Advice needed!
Since coming off the pill (it's only been a month), I have experienced the below: - For the first week, I had strong headaches for 4 days, these did not continue -I have gained about 2kgs already but have not changed my diet and I
exercise
the same amount as before. Worried about this.

High Coronary Calcium Score
Following a thorough investigation, which included an
exercise
ECG and calcium measure, I received a stent in June 2023. I am now in cardiac rehab and on medication. My question concerns my coronary calcium score of almost 7,000.
