Focusing on 1 thing physically hurts
Even getting tons of physical
exercise
didn't help me with my sleep at all. I suffer from severe insomnia... I didn't sleep 5+ days in hospital, well that was fun, i am even more demented now then i was before...

Any thoughts on my friend's thyroid results, please?
She took the test at 09:00am via a blood draw at a local clinic and sent it off immediately, and was fasted with only water beforehand, and no
exercise
within 48 hours (we had to cancel our run together the previous day!).

An opera written for/by and performed by PWP!
We
exercise
our vocal chords etc and benefit from the uplifting nature of music and singing in community. Before Covid, our choir leader and some colleagues decided to put together an opera written for and performed by people with Parkinson's.

Baring in mind he’s tried and tested therapy, some but not all anxiety meds, increasing
exercise

WORDS AND THOUGHTS
Getting fresh air and
exercise
helps. One way to do this is to walk. Since I live in Florida, I try to do this daily all year. --- even when it is hot. lol. Sometimes I meet new neighbors, which is a plus for me.

Diagnosis About Turn?
weeks and kidney/liver function have been slightly affected - she thinks by the steroids I am a type 2 Diabetic following an extremely strict diet, in the hope of nullifying some of the 'weight gain/sugar spike' effects of the steroids - I've lost 11lb in the three weeks, so not all bad - I cannot

Hello and Pred dose increase?
My recent attempt at a gentle dance
exercise
class ( half done on chairs) resulted in bad back pain and limited movement for several days. I am fatigued all the time. I’m just wondering whether I should increase my dose and if so to what and for how long?

New, A Bit Scared, Would Appreciate Advice.
In spite of my issues I've always loved
exercise
, keeping fit and trying to be as healthy as I can be. I eat a plant based diet, dont smoke or drink and was going to the gym several times a week, as well as walking a lot.

How I reinvented myself after PMR
I did get this into remission in 6 months by diet change and
exercise
. I started trying to walk further and further and now walk over 10,000 steps a day. So I have reinvented my body to be healthier and over 3 stones lighter. Apart from my PMR I feel a lot healthier.
