PD and orthopedic surgeries
I really need both, but am very concerned about not being able to
exercise
, the way I usually do, for at least a few months. Would it be wise to schedule both surgeries just a couple of weeks apart to diminish the time off my feet and knee… Less overall “down time?”

Flare caused by stress and overexertion
My
exercise
tolerance was back to normal and long walks , even uphill were not a problem. Unfortunately the last few weeks have been very busy with visitors, and I did more walking than usual, on top off lots of cooking etc.

Anyone else here also have POTs?
However I had some symptoms that I was concerned about that weren't going away (
exercise
intolerance, shortness of breath) and some new ones which have popped up recently (stomach issues, heart racing when standing up, chest tightness, adrenaline rushes when standing, and still tired a lot) So I went

radiation or screws for fracture?
The orthopedic oncologist is advising to wait and see, treat it with Zometa, Piqray, and light
exercise
, and eventually screws if it continues to aggravate me. The radiation doc wants to schedule a round of radiation to an area that was radiated 4+ years ago.

Just a few more questions about Cirrhosis
[No drinking/
exercise
/clean eating]. Is it possible for portal hypertension to improve? Can platelet count improve? And lastly, can Bilirubin go down? [My last lot of bloods showed my Bilirubin [ T-BIL 61 umol/L (Should be between 3-15)].

Knee pain
My
exercise
bike cycling is improving which is also helping my general health but with several other health conditions I’m not sure how hard to push without making things worse. Please don t advise speaking to my dr as I live in Shropshire and that is almost impossible!

Small Airways Disease
Things slowly got worse, although I was continuing to
exercise
to clear my chest of mucus (my primary issues is chronic bronchitis, not obstructed as such ). I did an extra swim session one evening - (only way I can get secretions out) and I couldn’t breath that night.

Am I ok to use CBD and 100mcg of Levothyroxine together?
Recent bloods were TSH 4.540 Free thyroxine 20.4 Free T3 4.8 Reasoning behind me want to use CBD is because I suffer with a bit of anxiety which is manageable by therapy and
exercise
etc but I would like to use it in the night time to aid with just relaxing the mind and doing a bit of yoga.

Cortisol levels
I
exercise
a lot, eat well, etc. Unfortunately some months into the Prednisone I was diagnosed with steroid induced diabetes. I cut back on carbs and kept it under control although it wasn't easy as I'm a vegetarian. (I lost about 20% of my weight and a lot of strength.)

Is 30min X 3 times/week enough?
So I tell myself 90 min cardio per week sounds like an ok amount of
exercise
. But... Is it? My aim with C25 was to stop leading a mostly sedentary life and be more active. Is this enough? Am I getting any benefit at all? I'm in my early 40s and properly overweight.

Visual migraines 8 months after ablation.
Since this time if I do any strenuous
exercise
I get visual disturbances/migraines. I am keen to get back to
exercise
but obviously a bit worried about this. I am also concerned about possible increase risk of stroke. Just wondering whether anyone has any experience of this or wise words!

Dexa scan normal but wedge fractures anyway!!
I will add that because of the problems with my low back I have for years been unable to do any significant
exercise
, so would suggest that any of you who can, DO.

Here on behalf of my dad
On that note, I'd like to add that my dad keeps wanting to
exercise
but then overdoes it, complains of pain, and is particularly stubborn when it comes to lifestyle changes (Yes, so many contradictions sigh). Anyway looking forward to hearing from you!

edoxaban or rivaroxaban?
The sceptical me thinks this is a money saving
exercise
rather than a medical need as the doctor I saw in August told me my bloods were fine.
