Another pregnancy related question
Hi all I asked a similar question a few weeks back about pregnancy and arthritis. I've now been off Enbrel for 8 weeks and have just been told by the rheumy team that being of it for 4 weeks is ok before trying to conceive (TTC) as opposed to 3 months (bit of a difference!!!) I've been struggling

Hi. I'm a 33 year old RA sufferer and have decided, with my husband to take the plunge and try for a baby. I've been off my enbrel for 6 weeks and have been suffering for it. I'm on a course of steroids but some joints are still bad. Is there anyone out there who is going through the same thing or

Recently diagnosed with Behcets - living in Ireland
Hi All, Im delighted to have found this site/forum. There is nothing like this in Irleand and no specialists in Behcetsonly only seems to be rhuematologists with an interest or know the symptoms to be able to confirm diagnosis. I was diagnosed about 6 weeks ago after 7 months of feeling unwell

Is anyone on anti-tnf without an added dmard?
I've asked this question before without finding anyone however there have been so many new memebers joining I thought I'd give it another try. I have been on Enbrel since August 2011, has worked brilliant but because of continious drop in white cell count and several infections I keep having to stop

Does anyone know about having tattoos while you are on Enbrel or any other biologic drugs.
Would really really like to have a small one done on my foot. Any advice very welcome :-)

The fever hit around 11pm last night, I took paracetamol and it never brought temperature down, it wasn't too high at 38 degrees but it felt like my body was on fire. No other symptoms; Fell asleep evenually and woke up feeling fine! Whats that all about!? I have just finished antibiotics a few

rituximab
Hi, I am just wondering if anyone else has been on rituximab and not shown any improvement. I got my 1st infusion 8 weeks ago and the 2nd infusion 15 days later, i don't think it has helped any and i have already tried enbrel before that without any success. I would be grateful to hear from anyone

Feeling weird
I took my first loading dose of Cimzia last night. The injections didn't bother me - an old hand at it now - but I do feel sort of weird. I can't explain it. I was told I'd feel really nauseous and I do sort of but it's more that I'm feeling really light-headed and just can't be bothered to do much

Is Enbrel subsidised in spain or will I have to pay?
I am moving to Barcelona and i am currently on Enbrel, i was wonderting if anyone knows if I would have to pay for it in spain or if I can get it subsidised. I know the health care is free but i am not sure about medicine. I get it free in ireland on the high tech medical scheme.

Bad day - Just tired of fighting
Hi all, Sorry I've not been about for a few days. We changed our broadband from BT to Sky and BT cut the line on Friday when they should have left it going until today! I'm feeling really out of sorts at the moment. The normal really positive me seems to have disappeared and left a tearful wreck

Newbie to the site but old hand at dealing with RA. This is my story...
Hi everybody. I thought I'd introduce myself. I am 48 years old and have had RA since 1973. So, I'm afraid this is rather a long post so forgive me but I hope it will help some of you dealing with RA. Originally diagnosed with Still's, my parents were told there was every likelihood I would
