i also eliminated certain chemicals / toxins in my home, replacing it with certain cleaners, soaps and

Supplements to help prostap side effects
Hi I’ve been put on prostap as I’ve been diagnosed with post ablation syndrome. And I’m expecting the dreaded menopause symptoms to start soon. I’ve read lots about natural remedies - eg starflower oil and black cosh magnesium etc. But my question is are these recommended for when you are in menopause

Do supplements and alternative medicines help even a bit in controlling hyper impulsive behavior and better focus..any experiences?
Hi friends, I have a 11 year old who is diagnosed with ADHD. Can anyone share your experiences with giving supplements to your kids? Did it work? I have been giving multivitamin and fish oil and yet to see any prominent change. Thinking about Gaba supplements.

Think I might be infertile
Hi there, Me and my partner have been TTC for 6 months. I know it's not that long in the scheme of things. However I have this horrible gut feeling there's something wrong and I'll need intervention. I have heavy periods with clots and they can be very painful. However they're very regular, every 26

Rivaroxaban and supplements
Does anyone else take any vitamin supplements with Rivaroxaban? At the moment I take cod liver oil, evening primrose oil, glucosamine and magnesium with b complex. I have looked on the internet but there are conflicting views!

Given IBS treatment despite lack of symptoms and agreement on Endo diagnosis...
I went to Spire for a consultation just before Christmas and met with a gynocologist who after going through many many questions suggested an ultrasound as he expected I had Endometriosis and that due to the pain getting worse around my period, it was very unlikely that it was IBS because I had no bowel

Grounding yourself is important
Add any
essential
oils
you favour such as patchouli (be sure to dilute them with a carrier oil first). You can also add grounding crystals to your bath and fresh herbs instead of
essential
oils
such as sage.

Supplements: Fish Oil Not So Good?
I've been taking fish oil capsules for years. Supposed to be good for heart and brain health? Just came across this article: http://www.renalandurologynews.com/prostate-cancer/fish-oil-may-raise-prostate-cancer-risk/article/302663/ I was diagnosed with Gleason 8 prostate cancer last year.

Merry Christmas and a positive update
I just want to wish everybody a Happy Christmas and thank everyone who has helped me this year. I was feeling terrible back in September and October but mid November I seemed to turn a corner. Maybe I had had a Hashi flare, I really don't know. My limbs still feel weaker than they should be (though

The learning curve....
Diagnosed early November, a week before I retired from pipe fitting. I was 6'3" and 135kg,,, (retired rugby...) A nurse gave me the man test and it all started from there. AF and hypertension... my BMI wass similar to a World War 1 battleship... I'm 59. The nurse, a proper pro, went through it all and

Consultation with a Private Doctor
I am 61 and have ET. I was on 2x500mg Hydroxy plus 75mg Aspirin. I stopped taking it in September. In December I went to see a private doctor in Harley Street, not a haematologist. She did some blood tests, the results of which may be of interest to others, although they relate to me. It may save
