What were your symptoms just prior to treatment?
What a great site, so glad I stumbled on to it. A big thank you for all the testimonies on my previous post. I have another question here, but first: My case seems quite unique in that I virtually have to symptoms other than an occasional dull ache in some lymph nodes (groin area) but no swelling. BTW

Life changing help... FINALLY!!!
I was about to be real pissed if I just wasted that money for him to tell me to use
essential
oils
or something. So, my first appointment he actually sat down and talked with me and LISTENED to what I had to say. We talked for about a half hour, then he asked me to lay on the table.

Head Sweating
Wondering if anyone else with under active thyroid and taking Levothyroxine suffers from head sweating and general overheating? Take Milk Thistle, Vit D, magnesium and a fish oil tablet every day. Endo adjusted dose age but hasn’t helped. Thanks!

Vitamin D and Fish Oil Show Promise in Prevention of Cancer Death and Heart Attacks.
The VITamin D and OmegA-3 Trial (VITAL) is the largest and most recent to test whether vitamin D or fish oil can effectively prevent cancer or cardiovascular disease. Results to date have been mixed but show promise for some outcomes, now confirmed by updated pooled (meta) analyses. The latest results

High cholesterol
I haven’t posted in awhile. I’m hoping that all of you are well. My cholesterol has been elevating since diagnosis. It was usually my good cholesterol and triglycerides causing this elevation. Now it’s my LDL at 147. My dr prescribed fish oil to lower triglycerides. My triglycerides are normal now.

Feeling disoriented for no apparent reason.
I'm currently using some young living
essential
oils
to help with this. Sometimes it's hit and miss while using them. Does anyone else have anything or methods that seem to help with this problem? Thanks in advance!

Would appreciate input on latest bits A, E, and ferritin levels
I am bit concerned about my latest vit A and E readings: vitamin A (retinol) (C.L.H.P) 2.86 pmol/l (1.55-3.30) 819 ug/l (444-945) Is this good or should it be higher? I take fish oil and dried beef liver capsules daily (together, they are said to contain 100% of RV) since reading that non-animal vit

Holiday anxiety
I’m trying to overcome it with breathing deeply, talking to my husband about it, and using calming
essential
oils
. It has come as such a shock. Any reassuring words of wisdom out there?

Fish oil and cholesterol
I have been on what's labelled a "high quality fish oil for optimal heart health" (cod oil) for the past six months and taking the maximum recommended dose of two capsules daily. However, it seems to have done nothing for my triglyceride and cholesterol levels; my triglycerides came back out of range

Hi Someone mentioned caster oil packs recently. I'd heard of using them before but I sort of forgot about them. Does anyone have experience of using them? (and just on abdomen or liver as well?) I understand how you use them just not sure when I should start and when to stop? I've just been given the

Colonoscopy side effects
Hello, since I had digestive issuess, such as bloating, belly pain and sometimes diarrhea, my doctor suggested I should do a colonoscopy. The preparation was the worst part. I think that laxative totally irritated my bowels and there were loads of orange mucus coming out of my bowels. The doctor said
