Tip for calming down and relaxation
Lavender
essential
oils
in a diffuser or just rubbing it on your wrist or your collar bones really helps to help you relax. Lavender air mist and candles work really well too. Its just a soothing and comforting scent. Also great to help you sleep.

Extreme Fatigue
Rest , energy drinks, acupuncture, exercise, supplements( the few I’ve tried) and
essential
oils
do not help. Maybe Healing Touch does. Of course I’ve discussed this more than once with my Onc. And he says he’s recommended many things that only in some cases work. Has anything worked for you?

Hi - IBS Newbie here
Hello, My name is Christian and I am 44 years old. I have been diagnosed with IBS today by my GP after ongoing stomach issues for the past 5-6 months. I have previously had blood tests and a sigmoidoscopy, which both came back clear (thankfully). I have basically had very low level stomach ache

Is a low oils diet the same as low fat?
I sometimes see articles advocating low-fat alternatives such as low-fat milk, yoghurt. My whole food plant based approach which emphasises a low-oils approach would not recommend foods that have such "reduced" fats in them. These reduced fat products are still processed, and as with many on this forum

Alternative medicine
I have been researching fibromyalgia on the internet and there are a lot of alternative meds and supplements recommended. They are not cheap so would appreciate knowing if anyone has tried ant and what the outcome was. Some of them are: Green mussels extract, vitamin D, omega 3, flaxseed oil, Magnesium

Taking supplements in combination with ADHD stimulant medication is very beneficial, but there is another important detail to adhere
This detail is THE ORDER & Time in which you take your supplements. If you've read some of my posts on the importance of supplements, know my story, and know a bit of the trial and error of selecting the proper supplement for you, then you can skip these small 4 paragraphs below and go to the list at

CBD OIL ! Hi anyone know anything about the oil ? Selling in Holland & Barrett at a legalised low dose in UK now! Advise please in pain 🌸
I’m interested in any information from anyone who has tried it or thinking of trying it. As I am, if I get ok from my Dr with interactions with my drugs I’m thinking of it as I can’t take anti inflammatorys due to only having one damaged kidney and hate taking all the opioids for joint pain as they make

plantar fasciitis/ joggers heel
I think I may have joggers heel. I ran wk5 r3 on Good Friday, had no problems, went swimming Saturday and a walk, but woke in the night with pain in heels. There is a very tender point below inner ankle, and the underside of my heel is sore to walk on. It's not a pain in ankle or achillies tendon. Did

Meds...Yes, or No? Any advise, pleeeease?
Hi, I am hoping someone out there will be able to PLEASE give me their advice. I am going CRAZY second guessing myself. My question is...should start on meds? I don’t want to take meds (who does) if it’s not ABSOLUTELY necessary. I have a high RF factor 260, but no inflammation seen with CCP or Sed

Supplements and blood test levels along with over 50 and iron question
I’ve searched the forum, but haven’t been able to find much regarding over age 50 and iron. I would appreciate any input. I’m 55 years old and have Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. I have supplemented with iron and a high level multivitamin with iron for years. I have just now dropped the iron supplement

RLS Help, no drugs
When I first developed RLS 10 years ago I got rid of it by limiting saturate fat in my diet and completely cutting out gluten. Gluten was the big trouble-maker (I made repeated attempts to check this out, it all confirmed it). However, I developed it again in a big way when I cut dairy out of my diet

warfarin and alternative medicine
Hi, I was diagnosed with APS 10 year ago and three weeks ago got blood clots in my lungs and I am now on warfarin and the doctor said it will probably be like that for life. I prefer not to take prescription drugs' but understand the importance of warfarin at this point in time. I was taking ultraclean

Tips and tricks for coping with anxiety
Essential
oils
have helped me so much. Peppermint is great for supplying blood flow to the head and gets rid of lightheadedness. I also love lavender due to its calming properties. I use oil diffusers in my room and use different blends for energy, anxiety, depression, or sleep.
