Tea Tree Oil Uses - Should it be a Permanent Part of Your Medicine Cabinet?
Wonder what everyone here thinks about tea tree oil. It's been a must carry with me for a long time especially when I travel.

Vitamin D deficiency
Hell everyone. Following my visit to dermatology at the beginning of the month the consultant has now written to me confirming I am deficient in vitamin D. My reading was 22 nmol/L and seemingly 50 nmol/L is ‘adequate’. So, do I just go out and buy a supplement or is this something my doctor would

I also tried adding
essential
oils
with the vodka. I tried a lavender batch, a sweet orange oil batch, a spearmint batch and a peppermint batch. I tried using witch hazel instead of distilled water.

Seeking non-pharma ADHD interventions/suggestions
What I am interested in is hearing if
essential
oils
have been useful for your kiddos and/or fish oil and/or other alternative, non-pharmaceutical therapies? If so, how did you use them and specifically what brands and combinations? Thanks so very much. New to this whole world. -Robyn

Alternative diagnosis to IBS?

Essential oils.
I am aware I have to be careful with
essential
oils
incase it interferes with treatment but lavender
essential
oil is so relaxing on my pillow or in diffuser. A good all rounder, I dilute with carrier oil when my scalp gets itchy! It's beautiful.

On a mission to eat healthily!
I’m quite proud of myself today as I was in work but still managed to eat three healthy meals and a few healthy snacks. Breakfast was porridge, almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Instead of my usual cuppa I had two cups of hot water with lemon

I have discovered something that I think is very important and I just want to share the info. For those who just want the take home message - reducing Omega 6 in the diet and increasing Omega 3 (specifically by taking the DHA in fish oil) can possibly reduce arterial pressures. Everything you think is
