Good Luck!
Good luck to us all! And may we swiftly find our own unique ways forward through these dark woods called autoimmune diseases into the sunlight of remission or at least low disease activity. Body butters containing natural ingredients like coconut oil, cocoa butter, jojoba, and/or aloe oil, and pure

are excellent. Like the soaps, these are found in health food stores. Movies: DVD or digital movies help pass the time.

Hi it is so nice to find a site that is so supportive and helpful. I am on the second lot of steroids and antibiotics in 2 months. They do not seem to be working very well and I really have trouble in the mornings. All the info says have a healthy diet but am on my own much of the time and find cooking

I'm new. Need help interpreting results.
Back in the beginning of February I experienced some intense Post-exertional Malaise and things have gone down hill with my energy levels from that point. Exercise and TSH - new blood results !
Well I have finally had my NHS results back and was asked to post them to see what effect if any had been achieved. I will start off by saying that apart from having a stinky head cold which stopped me going to the gym since the 20th I continue to feel better than I have since pre diagnosis last April
