DWP, ESA.... I'm coming to get you. I'm a mad black woman. Be afraid.... be very afraid.
I requested a copy of the report which was sent to the DWP by the Dr in the assessment. I was horrified at the information on the report. Either the Dr is a very malicious liar or he's got me mixed up with someone else. More than 70% on the form was a complete fabrication. I remember him asking if I

Help with ESA....Please
I've been on ESA for nearly a year. I went for my assessment and received the dreaded brown envelope today. Basically they're saying that I have the potential to go back to work. I'm really worried because I can barely manage to take care of myself. I also found out that I can only receive contribution

3rd anniversary of my stay in ICU
I'd just like to share my experience of recovery a spontaneous splenic rupture. I'd had planned surgery for a bowel resection and was in post operative recovery, unfortunately, my spleen ruptured causing massive blood loss and I was in cardiac arrest. I had numerous arrests through the next 24 hrs and

Bowel resection advice please
4 weeks ago I had laparoscopic total hysterectomy and bowel resection. I have been told that the endo had caused a stricture in my bowel so it was good that I had surgery when I did. I feel so much better than I did as far as the endo is concerned and HRT is suiting me well but I am really struggling

Anxious about endo and bowel Implications
This is my first post but I have been reading everyone's stories over the last week, gaining much reassurance-thank you. I have had hideous periods for 12 years + and tried a variety of remedies including 2 mire a coils the first of which worked well, the second not so as I had lots of other discomforts

Hysterectomy and bowel resection
I'm new to the site but have been under a local gynaecologist for the past 2 years. I was diagnosed with endometriosis after a laparoscopy and given 3 months to conceive without success. I then had a laparospic op to burn as much away as possible and had the mirena coil fitted. I was told that my bowel

Surgery booked
So in two weeks it's surgery number three, bowel resection round two! Possible stoma number one! But this time I am terrified, not entirely sure why, maybe the suggestion that my endo has progressed to deeply infiltrating endo or maybe the longer you have endo and the longer you deal with it the more

I'm ready to give up
It's been almost two years since endo caused me to have a bowel resection and ileostomy and my bowels still don't work. I depend on laxatives and enemas to move my bowels every few days. I'm almost always in pain; migraine, rectal pain, crippling back pain, abdominal pain or a combination of two or

Life is becoming almost impossible to bear.....
It's been a while since I managed to post anything. I've been as sick as a dog for as long as I can remember. My health seems to have taken a nose dive. Since my bowel resection, ileostomy and reversal, my bowels have refused to work. I rely on laxatives and painful enemas every few days to go to the

Another zolodex question
Hi everyone, I've just been reading lots of posts and I see that many of us have real concerns about Zolodex.
