Colonoscopy & Endoscopy
I have been recommended to have a colonoscopy and
endoscopy
with sedation. Having both procedure done at the same time... was also told I should not feel or remember anything. Having it done privately, if this make a difference, by a very experienced doctor.

I’ve had mris X-rays, scans,
endoscopy
you name it I’ve had it but with no result. I’m so fed up with doctors that I just don’t bother anyone anymore. I’m always aware of it, it pulls it hurts the pressure on it makes my copd worse so I’m on two inhalers and it disturbs every action in my life.

Oesinophilic oesophagitis
Good morning, I am due an
endoscopy
at the end of the month to look at my oesophagus. I had a bad bout of reflux, without heartburn but just acid burning my throat. This then lead to breathlessness, or rather a feeling of being unable to get a deep breath.

Improving survival rates
I was then referred by consultant to see a different consultant who decided he wanted to look inside himself rather than refer to previous
endoscopy
and so in April he did, and I was admitted as emergency case due to collapsing on
endoscopy
unit due to not being able to eat for 5 months. 2 days later

I just wanted to pass this on may help others.
Anyway after that I would have stomach flares but no major developments until 2018 where I started having new symptoms of really bad heartburn which would lead to a very sore esophagus so went for
endoscopy
and other tests including a esophageal mobility test. This showed achalasia.

Rib pain on the right/back side - After a hospital stay, nobody has a diagnosis!
They discharged me, and have ordered a bunch of additional outpatient tests - an
endoscopy
and repeated bloods - to keep an eye on it. Has anyone experienced a similar (or even vaguely familiar) set of circumstances? I'm completely at sea as to what could be causing this.

Gastroscopy , follow up to post about enteric Pred.
Well yeaterday I had an
endoscopy
and it turns out I have a hiatus hernia that is causing me grief. A previous
endoscopy
in 2014 showed ulcers at both ends of my stomach due to AA and Pred.

Gallstones with pain in middle of chest!
However since having my
endoscopy
back in August, I have been getting an aching feeling underneath my sternum. The GP said nothing to worry about but I was told during my
endoscopy
that I have an enlarged blood vessel. The pain is in the same area as this enlarge blood vessel. Should I be worried?

Endoscopy??
My endocrinologist has suggested I have an
endoscopy
to check absorption issues with levothyroxene. Is this normal - what is he hoping to find?

Endoscopy - due to conversion issues
He has referred me for an
endoscopy
before putting my symptoms down to anxiety or depression. I am at 98.2% through range on T4 (100mcg levothtroxene) and 35.1% through range of Free T3. I haven’t a clue what else has been tested for - so have attached all my results.

Looking for more information please - family might be sugar coating and I would like to be prepared...
He has had bloodwork done, a CT, and an
endoscopy
that I know of. I think mum said that he did not have esophageal varices, but not 100% sure.

Another Diagnosis
Seems to be that with hep C Cirrhosis I continue to get more diagnosis. This time I was awarded with the Chronic myeloproliferative disease and thyroid disease ( it stopped working ) by the oncologist after ct scan. In short my white blood cells are 8x higher then normal and Monocyte count is 0 along

Gastro motility issues?
They then did a colonoscopy/
endoscopy
which was fine but they didn’t do a biopsy for schloderma as was requested. Just for crohns and colitis which I don’t have. My symptoms are getting worse and I’m at a loss. The Gastro says it’s just IBs.
