Overmedicated?
I've had a negative nerve conduction test by neurology, a full blood workup by a hematologist, a colonoscopy,
endoscopy
, chest x-ray for sarcoids, I had my throat scoped by ENT. Just the typical runaround.

She’s just had the
endoscopy
done and the doctor apparently said he couldn’t see any sign of CD. Biopsy results won’t be available for 8 weeks though. Can you have antibodies and no CD? What does this mean?

More recently I've discovered, after severe gallbladder problems and an
endoscopy
that I have a dairy allergy and struggle to digest meat. Bizarrely after discontinuing both meat and particularly dairy my stomach issues have completely disappeared.

New to fatty liver with tons of questions
I eventually had an upper
endoscopy
done and results came back fine. Then we thought maybe it was my gallbladder so I had an ultrasound done and found out it was fatty liver disease.

What kind of tests do I need?

IBS pain under left ribs
I had xray, scan, colonoscopy and
endoscopy
plus gallbladder removed 3 months ago. But I still have IBS flare ups and often the pain is in that area. They told me it was referred pain from my gallbladder but now thats been removed so I cant blame it on that.

Diet during treatment
I'm positive for intrinsic factor blocking antibody, and we're confirming whether I have PA with an
endoscopy
in the next weeks. My question: What should my diet be at this point? Balanced diet? Iron-rich diet?

Dr said fatty liver newly diagnosed
I had a
endoscopy
about a year ago and there was no mention of any organ issues. I have not been feeling myself for some time, I also have hypertension, hypothyroidism, and GERD with a chronic cough.

Advice
I’ve had an
endoscopy
which showed gastritis. Clear catscan (abd and pelvic). Well, the catscan said “unremarkable” liver. Whatever that means. Basically I’m writing bc even though I have all these ok results I’m still freaking out.

Can you ever be compensated again if you have varices ?
I know I must be in the decompensated category as I had 3 varices show up on
endoscopy
- no bleeding so not banded but started on Carvedilol. I suppose my question is am I permanently decompensated ?

Laryngeal hypersensitivity
My wife has been told for the last 63 years that she had cough variant asthma. Over the last 5/6 years this has got a lot worse & was referred to the royal Brompton hospital about 2 years a go. After changing inhalers & trying various nose drops & omoprozole things didn't get any better. Earler this

Stem cell transplant for Myelofibrosis
I eventually had an ultrasound
endoscopy
(my 15th
endoscopy
in all) and after 11 days in hospital was discharged. From that point my recovery has gone pretty well and I am now day 107 post transplant.

Has anyone's child had an endoscopy or scan?
On our last appointment, I got them to agree to give her an abdomen scan and an
endoscopy
. I'm really worried that they may find something nasty - but at the same time I'm worried it won't show anything at all and we'll be no further forward than we were 3 years ago.

Cirrhosis as a result of Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD) - does anyone have any experience of this?
Hi Everyone, I was recently diagnosed with "early stage cirrhosis secondary to Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease" and today I had an
endoscopy
which showed several (non-bleeding) varices.
