Final Post Unless Things Change
My GP called last week, they got the letter from the hospital following the Coronary Angiogram. It’s a bit of a strange one as I feel I’ve been left in some kind of limbo land with no real diagnosis. I’ve been taken off Beta Blockers, Statins etc. But was told to keep taking the Isorobide Mononitrate

OPD Endoscopy
I got My OPD endoscopy done - 2 months back and the reports were all normal ..... Do I still need to do a IF Antibody test as symptoms of b12 still linger & ringing in ears still continue - with no changes . Dr's feel the symptoms are also similar to anxiety and I may be suffering from it. My B12 levels

Hiatus herni
I have had a hernia for years now and the last few months it has worsened. I am coughing after most things I eat and the tablets I take are not working as well as they used to. It is like I have phlegm stuck in my throat. I have been referred for another endoscopy but trying to get a hospital appointment

Iron tablets and messed up system!
Hi everyone. I have had stomach/digestive issues all my life and was finally diagnosed with IBS some 7 years ago. I’ve had numerous stool tests, scans and an endoscopy over the years but had kind of managed to find medication that would ease stomach cramps and bloating etc. I always used to veer towards

So, I saw a specialist yesterday....
I had severe anemia when I was admitted in the hospital for blood clots at Christmas. So I was referred to a gynaecologist because of heavy periods (they checked fir blood loss by colonoscopy and endoscopy but found I wasn’t losing blood that way). She was by far the best of all the specialists I have

GP asking for blood Test after B12 injections
After reverting to monthly B12 injections, and the nurse stating I can self inject at home. I have asked for a repeat prescription and GP has said no and called me in for a blood test! Is there is link I can share with him to state no blood test should be carried out after injections? I cannot find

Struggling to freely burp
First time posting. Over the last year, I’ve struggled to belch/burp. What was once so easy is now difficult and highly uncomfortable. It feels like it’s stuck in my chest and I literally have to jump up and down, go for a brisk walk just to help it on it’s way. Lying down is a nightmare as the pressure

Grading of varices
Hello all-- can anyone tell me more about grade 3 varices? I had an endoscopy today and that is what the doc said I have... 4 of them.... And what comes after grade 3 (apart from grade 4!) I will be having them banded asap, pandemic permitting, but I wasn't really psychologically prepared for that
