Chest and neck pain also tingling in my head

Hi have constant sternum pain and neck pain for over a year . Also I get tingling sensation in the top of my head . All bloods came back ok and endoscopy and chest X-ray clear . Please help anyone. I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia years ago . I’m 48 year old male
