Hi Ladies, Whilst I await my follow up appointment with the clinic regarding our failed FET and next steps I’m doing my research reading “it starts with the egg” to improve egg quality and have started taking 2x 300mg of Ubiquinol a day along with vitamin D +k2 drops and folic acid. I wish I knew about

hello, I have had back pain for as long as I remember however 3 years ago was the first episode of severe spasm in my whole back making me collapse and couldn’t be moved for hours. I was put on gabapentin for 2.5 years which I have tapered off because I’m not sure the problem was nerve pain and the mri

The eternal supplement conundrum!
Hi all, hope all doing well and all optimistic going into 2024 - and/or grateful for what we’re leaving behind. I’m reviewing our supplements going into ‘24 as a friend of a similar age is on so many I think she must rattle! She is on her IVF journey ahead of me so getting all the advice she can -

anyone used myovvii device ?
hello everyone, curious to find out if any of you have used the myovvii device that is promoted on instagram for period pain and endo pains? Apparently it sends signals to your brain to change where the pain is being detected. A little bit like acupuncture which I have also read about. I’m currently

acupuncture?
Has anyone tried acupuncture to lessen their strong reactivity to propylene glycol? We all know hope hard it is to 100% avoid PG no matter how diligent you are. Wondering if acupuncture could lessen the reactivity for times of accidental or unknowing exposure.

Thickness of lining
Unfortunately my second IVF cycle failed recently with what our clinic graded as a 'top quality' embryo. I was worried that my lining was too thin at 7mm, but they weren't concerned and went ahead. I've read online that the optimal is 8-10mm, and I understand some clinics have a cut off of 8mm before

Success Story (so far, anyway)
I've had RLS for decades, starting in my 30s. Was on carb/levidopa for a while till it became no longer effective, then switched to Roprinirole, which worked just great, but had to keep upping the dosage to keep it's effectiveness. At 4MG of Roprinirole, I was running out of options, did some research

Severe RLS Where do I go now?
Hi! I've been lurking reading your posts for a couple of years. I live in Sweden and am a 58 yo female and have severe burning RLS without PLMD. Here's a condensed version of my story: July 2011 Laminectomy C4-C5. no real slide effects except nerve pain in right index finger which I've learned to block

Adalimumab
I have been on Hydroxychloroquine for 2 years and methotrexate for 6 months. Today I had to have bloods and chest x-ray as they want to start me on Adalimumab. Really hate the thought of another medication. I just wonder exactly what the medication is doing to my body. Already had a blip last month
