IVF meditation / relaxation apps
Hello… Can anyone recommend any good apps for relaxation / mediation. I have been having acupuncture and the guy I go to puts on a CD but Somtimes the background noise is a bit loud as I’m having it done at my clinic! So I’d like to put my headphones in and listen so one on my phone. Preferably free

Hearing aid for dizziness.
After lots of research and having had tinnitus (bearable) low to medium loss of hearing bilaterally and the real problem, dizziness, constant but sometimes worse.I have gluten ataxia too so added to the dizziness this makes functioning on a daily basis difficult. This has been the way for many years

Advice
Long time since I have asked a question. I love my aroma therapy essential oil diffuser but I am finding that I am coughing alot when it has been on for a long period. Can anyone give me some advice on this. Should I or should not be using this when I have asthma ( still relatively new to asthma ) Thanks

dizziness and labyrinthitis or a form of vertigo?
hi I know I have posted about dizziness, but I don't know why I keep getting this. I am talking to the doctor next week, it just gets me down a lot about fibromyalgia and everything else that happens with fibromyalgia or not. I am asking the doctor about helping me with fibromyalgia and anxiety, but

MRI scans for Pulsatile Tinnitus
Hello I have been getting Pulsatile tinnitus since the summer which came on not long after I had had my ear syringed. I got referred back to my GP who sent me for an MRI scan to check for anything serious. My Gp then said the results were abnormal which could be due to an MRI error, a benign tumour

Hope when you feel hopeless
I just wanted to share my story in case it offers some hope to others on their journey, as other people’s stories often gave me hope on mine. I have just had a healthy 12 week pregnancy scan after my 3rd round of IVF was dramatically more successful in every way than my previous two. My first round I

I have had mild, high pitched tinnitus in my ears for several years. 4 weeks ago I started feeling unbalanced and dizzy. Came out of nowhere. And I can feel my heartbeat pulsing in my right ear, especially when lying down. I went to an ENT who prescribed Prednisone for 9 days and meclysine for the dizziness

Scalp pain and strange sensations
Can anyone please help me. Dr. Buchfuhrer Webinar on RLS.org
Just wondered if anyone else watched the webinar 10/13/22? The audio was spotty first 20 minutes or so but interesting after it was fixed. He answered questions for an hour. He said there was new research on TENS for RLS that seemed hopeful but not complete. I had been trying accupuncture for RLS and
