Yikes- it’s like waiting for an unexplored bomb to go off!
I’ve got colonoscopy procedure tomorrow- to say I’m anxious is an understatement- I’ve taken the two senna tablets this morning at 8.30 but so about 40 mins ago - so far.... nothing! I’m dreading the onset of the diarrhoea... helllllp!

Low Dose Naltrexone for Depression?
Has anyone here ever tried LDN (low dose naltrexone)? Did you find it helpful? How can one find out if they are deficient in endorphins? You can also take a look here at this interesting and informative article: https://medium.com/@hablerannie/breaking-the-stigma-of-depression-with-ldn-7c5a7ba8ba0e

Low Dose Naltrexone for ADHD?
I am just wondering if anyone here is familiar with or has possibly tried low dose naltrexone and if it helped to relieve their ADHD? I recently read a patient interview where a woman found it very effective and I've heard from several other people that they were also prescribed it. (https://www.ldnscience.org

Past injury getting worse
Is it unusual to have symptoms worsen significantly years (like 8 yrs) after a head injury? I feel like what used to be manageable pain and inconvenience is now completely crippling on a near daily basis

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for Depression?
Has anyone here ever tried Low Dose Naltrexone (or LDN)? Low Dose Naltrexone refers to dosages ranging from approximately .5mg-5mg According to my research, some forms of depression are caused by endorphin deficiencies in the body. LDN dramatically increases endorphin levels which can be a life-changer

4 Year Old small bladder capacity, how to help him, always urgently needing to go.
Not sure where to start. I just sit here crying because I feel it will never get better. Firstly, I appreciate he is only 4 and a lot of children still struggle, I've been a preschool teacher for 10 years so I've really seen it all, but my own child has left me stumped. Aged 22 months, his friend began

Oddest thing happened
Hi Everyone Prednisone sure can be a confusing medication. Been on pred for 3&1/2 years. Now on 12 mg. for two months. Since day one, I started growing fuzzy hair all over my face and shoulders. Then I switched to Rayos and started growing a thick prickley hair on my chin and less of the fuzzy hair.

I'm so scared
I'm so scared for my life, been battling anxiety for years. I gave birth to my son last year and my anxiety skyrocketed. My life has not been the same ever since.I have all manner of physical symptoms. The worse is the cold and hot chills all over my body. I'm scared of even going out and being alone
