Brain tumor worries...again
I have a lot of Deja Vu moments when I am stressed out. When I get stressed I get weird Deja Vu moments or even just in life I get them even if I am not stressed. They scare me because I read that deja vu could be a sign of epilepsy as well as brain cancer. I tend to zone out sometimes, not like when

Low Dose Naltrexone anyone (LDL)
This was mentioned to me as a possible help as I’m tapering... I’ve googled it a bit but then thought, hold on a minute 🤔 if anyone knows anything about it for PMR you guys will... from what I can gather though it’s good for pain but sure that’s not going to do anything for inflammation so how can it

Advice or help please - unsociable behaviour
My son suffered a hypoxic brain injury 10 months ago, I could do with some advice please as to how to handle a particular issue we are facing. He has started to urinate in our rear garden when he pops outside to smoke a cigarette; our garden is overlooked by many other houses. I always encourage him

LDN, Low Dose Naltrexone for pain
Wondering if Sunvox has ever researched LDN for neuropathy or any other pain associated with ataxia. My reading indicates it helps the body produce more of its own endorphins.

He is so impressed with how Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) has helped those patients that he started up an LDN program to educate the community on it. He utilizes his deep knowledge to assist doctors

Let it Snow... Let it Snow... Let it Snow!!!
Glad to see all of you in the UK are surviving your freak storm... Here in Calgary we are quite used to it and probably 90% of us have 4WD/AWD vehicles. Unfortunately 90% of them think snow tyres aren't necessary.... 😬! I don't post very often, but I read everything from our special club everyday...

Grumpy daddy and night feeds
Hi all, I have my gorgeous 2 days old little girl now. She's amazing and daddy is helpful and playful during the day. When it's night time though and it comes to breastfeeding her, we have her in the bedroom with us in her Moses basket by my side of the bed. We have a nursery with her cot for when she's

The Good, the Bad & the Ugly
Good: Travelled to Humberside to see my great-grandson (Jaxon) in person (3 weeks old now). Went back to hotel just before the main snow arrived and cut off the village. Bad: Roads all blocked on Wednesday so confined to hotel room (Aah!! Stir crazy!!). Slipped in bath (support rails in Accessible Room

Abbreviations from our past quizzes.
Might be a good Idea to copy and past into a "MS Word" doc for reference. :-) Note the MS Word funny, how many of us even think Microsoft Word any more? If anyone else has any to add please send to me by private message and will get added. Abbrieviations to define: ACTH - Adrenocorticotropic Hormone
