Didn’t get much back from my previous post but I’m wondering if anyone can answer this?
Is there a time limit or can you take it for as long as you want ?

Hi Simba145, sorry you’ve had no replies.
I don’t think there are too many users of LDN here. So I went looking on the web and found this: ldnresearchtrust.org/conten...
ldnresearchtrust.org/what-i...
Remember too that if you put “LDN” into the HealthUnlocked search function you’ll find every post that’s ever been written about it here.
Sorry I can’t be of more help!
I take LDN. I take 3.0 mg every 2nd night. You can take it for the rest of your life once you find your correct dose, i.e. no side effects with maximum benefits. Any side effects usually pass after the first month. Hope this helps.
Ah thank you that’s good to hear
I assume you're taking LDN for Hashimoto's, or another inflammatory condition?
I'm not aware of any advice that states one should not take LDN for the long term. Most people who take it are doing so for long term conditions. Why would they wish to stop their treatment if they find it effective? It is very well tolerated, though a minority find it disturbs their sleep and switch their dose to the morning instead.
My own experience is that if I forget my dose for more than a day or two my symptoms begin to return (pain and inflammation).

Yes I have Hashimoto’s. Well I was just wondering if like a lot of drugs there was a danger of taking it long term or maybe you had to cycle off but it’s good to hear that you don’t!!
