I’m on 125 of thyroxine lots of side effects extremely itchy skin, blurred vision, headaches and digestive problems. Not sure if this is due to getting different brands from pharmacy, is there a particular brand which doesn’t have additives ? I would be grateful for any advise 🙏

having got down to 1 1/2 pramipexole, i was back to my old insomnia… waking constantly, legs going mad. So time to see Gp. My regular doc had refused to give me gabapentin due to addiction issues. So talked to a different GP. I explained i was no longer sleeping well and she offered me sleeping tablets

Trab with sedation
HI, I’m new on here. I have open angle glaucoma in both eyes, with some vision loss. I am going to have a trabeculectomy very soon, as eye drops haven't been that successful, and I'm extremely nervous, so have opted to have sedation. I was wondering how effective the sedation is? Does it just relax

I have had 2 sleep study’s since diagnosis 10 years ago. Not just legs but lim and torso movements. First put on Ropinirole 2mg and slowly upped to 6mg then down to 4mg Used Ropinirole 4mg combined with gabapentin but made we feel very unwell and didn’t help with the rls. After another sleep study

Eye floaters. Any link to Pred or just normal ageing process?
This is not the first time I've had these floating black specks in my vision, mostly on the left which is my weaker eye (very short-sighted on that side). But does long term Pred affect this? And is it a warning sign? I'm currently on 5.5 mg of Pred for GCA /LVV /PMR one year in, feeling ok, though bouts

Switching from Methadone to buprenorphine
I’ve been taking Methadone for a little over 2 years after I augmented on Tramadol. I absolutely love how well the Methadone works. I rarely have symptoms and when I do get them a quick hot bath and I’m good again. The part I don’t like is the 20 pounds I’ve gained. It makes me feel hungry all the

Far from being a cause of distress as was the case with the untold misery of a month ago walking the house at night feeling that familiar dread that comes with severe sleep deprivation and feeling like you’re teetering on the edge of an abyss, I now feel a certain sense of euphoria knowing that I will

How to wean off of ropinirole and find a good doctor.
My husband is on 8 mg of ropinirole ER a day (4 in morning and 4 in evening. He has been taking it for over 15 years and whenever he would start getting augmentation, he would just increase the dose. That always worked but it’s way too much. We just moved to Florida and cannot find a good doctor for

Gabapentin
I am currently taking 5 300mg Gabapentin a day. I'm also taking 0.5 mg of pramipexole 5 times a day and hydrocodone 3 times a day which helps. Gabapentin alone didn't help me but I hope it does you.

Any substitute for Bupropion?
Hi All. I was on Citalopram for depression, but that made my RLS worse. So Professor Walker at Queens Square suggested Bupropion as a substitute. I have just found out from my Pharmacy that Bupropion is no longer manufactured (so they say). I e-mailed Professor Walker yesterday for another substitute

Seeking advice for changing from Temgesic to Gabapentin for treating my refractory RLS.
I have moved to a new area and need to change Doctor. I had a double appt last week and the new Doctor refused to prescribe Temgesic. I have been taking tbis medication successfully for 2 years now. I am having my medical records sent through to the new medical practice. I thought I should look into

Restless leg cure
Well I hope it is for some of you. I've been down all the various medication routes and magnesium cream and jels and nothing still the same getting worse by the week. Until someone suggested what worked for them and it's worked for me, I'll also add I've suffered with constipation for decades and nothing
