Mouth sores

I have had anxiety now for 6 years. None of the medication prescribed has helped or agreed with me. I have Osteoarthritis, dry eyes, dry throat syndrome, ibs and now lumps inside the lips area of my mouth. My concern is I have had 2 Basal Cell Carcinomas removed from my face. One on the forehead and the other at the side of the nose. I was concerned the lumps inside my mouth are also carcinomas but the Consultant says they are salivary glands. Has anyone else had this? It's worrying me.

I've had occasional little bumps inside my lip. Every now and then, one will show up. If your Dr said it was salivary glands, that's what I would go with. I'm sure he/she would definitely know if it was a carcinoma.

Do they come and go, or are they there all the time?
