How to take NSAIDs, a good article
I came across a good article on endometriosis.org on how to take NSAIDs like ibuprofen, mefenamic acid etc. Some of you may already know that these drugs are only effective if taken before the pain starts but I was not aware of this. http://endometriosis.org/treatments/painkillers/

Should patients with thyroid problems be taking NSAID's at all?
According to this research, I know it's on rats http://www.ejhistology.eg.net/Pdf2010/n2-2010/EJH330203.pdf Diclofenac, a widely used non steroidal anti inflammatory, is not good for the thyroid. I take a lot of aspirin for migraine but am now wondering, is it causing more harm than good?

Many Doctors are using these under or over the counter Do not rush out and buy.
Lymediseaseguide.org/rife-machine-therapy-for-Lyme-disease I first came across these devices in the late 70's in the form of radionics they go by biofeedback quantum healing. Computer versions can get right under my skin: They are illegal as one of the comments says. Doctors and other practitioners

Not sure whether this is a scleroderma rash or Lupus...any advice...it's extremely painful
Hi All, I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and I have woken up this morning with a really swollen wrist - nothing new there - but I have a strange, wheel rash on top of it. Not ring worm as I have had this before and I haven't had any tick bites etc so that rules out Lyme disease. It is flat,

I am male, aged 53. I've had varying symptoms over the past 2 years, starting with flu like, Renauds, fatigue, heart flutters, joint pain
Also side & back pain, kidney pain, headaches, sweats, eventually diagnosed AF from the heart flutter. But still getting back and chest pain (not severe), flushes, Renaud's, and dry mouth, dry eyes, tired. Oh and small lumps under skin, with sometimes discomfort underarms. Saw the MPTD question and

Any ideas why my big toenails have gone yellow?
I've noticed for the last couple of weeks my big toe nails have turned yellow they are also thick like rhino horn! I don't think it's a fungal infection they don't hurt itch or smell, I don't paint my nails either. Would any side effects cause nails to do this I'm on methotrexate and humira. Any ideas
