If you've followed my "vitamin posts" the last 2 months you know that I'm involved with a Florida law firm which is preparing to file a lawsuit against several Amazon vitamin sellers for... Gym Circuits - good idea?
I manage my fibromyalgia through pacing and exercise so I swim, walk, run and do AquaFit. I have recently also tried to include pilates or yoga for stretching as well. However these classes have been cancelled and there is now a gym circuits class which I have done twice. It has caused me so much pain

Diuretics experience?
Sue says diuretics are no-no's. Dr. B says didn't say they were a problem, that all bp meds are okay. I had a terrible time on hydrochlorothiazide--but it worked right away on my high bp. Anyone have an okay time on any diuretic?

Propranolol for high bp?
Sue and everyone: why not propranolol for high bp? Any experience? I did try olmerstartan. It actually is part a diuretic. Made me terribly ill but didn't change my PLMD much, at least the one night I took it. Going back to zestril that also has increased my peeing but the main problem is the cough

Why does the testicles suddenly experience pain?
Some viewpoints on this issue: Testicular pain is a symptom that needs to be taken seriously as it may indicate various health issues, some of which may require prompt medical intervention.
