I have peripheral neuropathy of the feet. Doctors cannot find a reason. I do not have diabetes nor autoimmune issues. Nothing is helping me. I am desperately trying to find out the cause and to find something to help minimize or eliminate the pain and numbness.
I got this 2 weeks after getting my covid shots

I have also developed some peripheral neuropathy which started during an episode of heart failure and over medication with BP meds although I have had cold feet for several years. I would look at your medication which you haven’t listed. I hadn’t had a covid shot since spring 2022 so I can be sure that wasn’t the cause.
My peripheral neuropathy started after radiation for breast cancer (and I already had autoimmune issues). It is creeping up to my knees. My feet and legs are always cold, not to the touch, but inside. I wear socks to bed. I wish I knew what I could do to keep it from progressing.
I am 76 and have had variable levels of pain and numbness from feet neuropathy for at least 15 years now. But I recently decided to request a medical investigation into this during a period of much worse pain and numbness during a particularly hot period of weather. As a result my B12 levels were tested, at my request, but didn't show the deficiency which can be a cause of such neuropathy. So I received no resolution, but I am able to live with it, which, I appreciate, might not be possible for others with more serious pain and numbness.
So I was forced back to understanding that my feet neuropathy, as I have always assumed (perhaps wrongly?), was a result of poor peripheral circulation.
Now, if you understand astrology, you will know that the bodily weakness associated with Aquarius is poor peripheral circulation. And I am an Aquarian, and have had cold hands and feet all my life. Go figure! 🤔
Sorry I have no resolution. I hope others have more helpful suggestions.
Bob
Addendum: I'm not saying you need to be an Aquarian to have poor peripheral circulation.
PN can be caused by various drugs. I have it after being floxed ( bad reactions to a Fluoroquinolone antibiotic) . I find it comes and goes but has diminished over time.Mine takes the form of stabbing pains like somebody has pricked me with a needle. It is quite possible the covid jabs have provoked it. It might take time for it to subside. Sorry not to be more helpful.
