I use this for high blood pressure. It will make you drowsy. That happens to 40 percent of users. I get sleepy after two hours. It will help you sleep through the pain. Cons are sometimes your blood pressure can go too low and make you dizzy when standing up. It is also used to treat night sweats and hot flashes. I was on it every day for 2 years and did not have any withdrawals when I stopped. Now I use it every other day as it levels out my blood pressure that way.
