Implant brand preferences?

Hello All,

I'm 53 and had a radical prostatectomy in Feb 2023 for Gleason 5+5, stage 3, positive node=1, intraductal carcinoma. Surgeon was unable to spare any nerves and I've got nothing in the area of erections. All providers have agreed I will not regain erectile function on my own, although I'll try injections starting later this month. I find the concept of "sexual disqualification" to be very real. I am gay, mostly a top, and miss having a sex life.

Question: as I look to the future and consider implants (which they have suggested as a good option for me), what brand/type of penile implant have my gay "peeps" have found (or heard) work best (or are most satisfied with). I've been presented with two brands: Titan and Boston Scientific.

Thanks!

I have the same question. I am in a similar place and hoping to learn about different options and wife other men, especially gay man, who’ve experienced this and I’ve had implants, recommend. I’m concerned about loss of size, loss of ability to orgasm, do usual stuff.

Hi Question for you as a month ago in April 2024 had Radical P. With Gleason 7 going in and stage 2, only to come out due to extra prostatic extension with stage 3 and Gleason 9. What is your game plan? Are you finding any encouraging data? Most until I found this chat only highlight dire news. Hoping the past month has been favorable for you.
