Positive clonus and lupus

Hello

I've recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and a lupus overlap. I have now been told I have a positive clonus reflex. I don't know if I should be concerned that it is linked or the physio is just being thorough referring me to my GP for further investigation.

If anyone has had a similar experience would love to hear about it so I dont feel so baffled.
