I've tried almost everything to get relief for my RLS. What else can I do?
I am an 84 year old male, living in eastern United States, and have been suffering with leg and foot problems for over 30 years. I have seen eight different Neurologists over the years, and several said that I have Post-Thalamic pain, RLS, and Peripheral Neuropathy. I have taken Lyrica, Duloxetine, Alpha

Pain in arm when tilting head backwards
Hi I’m experiencing pain down my right arm like along my bicep whenever I tilt my head right back to say look at the sky I noticed it when I went to look at the stars one night recently. I do have pain in my arms and shoulders quite a bit but this is different from that one and it’s in a different place

NHS not working in Devon
Really fed up with the NHS right now. First they tell me my BP is slightly high so put me on tablets second they tell me I have raised blood sugar by 1 point so at risk of type 2 diabetes. Since April I haven't been able to exercise due to back and leg pain. I have been referred to our local hospital

Leg cramps in the morning
I have been waking up in the morning with intense lower leg cramps. I am thinking this could be from the Firmagon or the chemo treatments. Anyone experience this? If so is there a supplement to help with this?

High Level of Vitamin B6
Hey, My recent blood level test of B6 is 73 mcg per litre (73 ug/L), which is high. I took 1.25 grams of the vitamin over 2 days, which is too much. Then I stopped when I figured it out. Can this level of B6 cause neuropathic symptoms? I actually took it because I sensed something that is somewhat

Gestational Diabetes help
I have just been told I am on the cusp of having gestational diabetes so I am having to monitor it over the next few days. What are other people's experience of this? Did many of you have to have insulin injections? Or did you take metformin?

Suitable Footwear
Morning all. Hope everyone is doing Okay. Around this time last year, I posted asking the question about suitable Footwear after being diagnosed with small fibre neuropathy. My burning tingling feet which I could cope with, turned very painful when walking, as if walking on pebbles. I'm sure many can

Metformin is the First line drug for Type 2 Diabetes. It is in use for the last more than 50 years and there is hardly any adverse side effects if taken in recommended dosage. While a lot of research is still on to find out the exact mechanism of working , in the process science keeps finding out many

Hypothyroidism & Diabetes
Hi, I just wanted to know if there is a relationship between hypothyroidism and diabetes? I have been taking levothyroxine for the last almost 4 years to treat hypo. Now my test results for FBS & HGA1C came 137mg/dl (range 115-126mg/dl) and 6.3% (pre-diabetis 5.7-6.4%) . My doctor told me that I am per-diabetes
