I know many of us suffer from severe headaches, but just wondered if any of you routinely suffer from them from late evening into the night?
I have developed a horrific routine of feeling the pain coming through from about 8pm every night and by 10.30-11 I am in agony, can't see straight and have severe photo and phono phobia. This regularly lasts into the next day, sometimes it doesn't go completely away for a week or so, peaking again every evening.
If anyone else gets this, I just wondered how you cope with it?
Thanks everyone, best wishes to you all.

Morning, sorry to hear of your symptoms. I have suffered regular migraines since being diagnosed but they rarely come on at a similar time of day so possibly not the same as you’re experiencing?
I’m going to share what another fellow healthunlocked participant shared with me. I used to get horrible migraines and I connected it to Methotrexate. Because about an hour after doing the injection I’d get a debilitating migraine. I posted that on here and Sam told me about Imuran. I was migraine free until about last year and they came back but not related to immunosuppressant drug. But my neurologist put me on Emgality. I hate the shot but love the results! Only one migraine since last December. I wish you the luck in finding your relief!!! God speed!
I’ve woken with migraines which I believe are triggered by hormones - treated with triptans the only longer term relief I had was via Botox injections.
Hi I suffer from Migraines and I now take daily Magnesium Glycinate or Dr. Mercola Magnesium L-Theronate. I find both these magnesium’s have helped me. I have had 2-4 migraines in last 3 years (knock on wood)
