Good advice Balanced Diet. Intake of Carbohydrates 60% must be from whole plant food.

(1) Out of 60% Carbs , at least 30-40% Carbs should be eaten as Raw food such as : all Fruits , vegetables such as Cucumber, Tomato, Carrot, Beet, Brocolli, Green Peas , salad ka patta, Baby corn , Moong sprout, methi sprout, Muli/Onion ( if your stomach can tolerate it )

(2) The rest 20-30% Carbs could be from cooked whole plant food such as Emmer wheat /Red Rice / Brown Basumati Rice/ Whole oats, all legumes / pulses... Along with 2 Seasonal mix veg curries out of which one should be a Green Leafy vegetable such as spinach, Amaranth, Kale....etc

(3) First start with Raw food and then start eating the cooked food.

(4) you can have a home made tomato soup before your meal , topped with Srilankan Cinnamon Powder- 500mg to 1 gm.... Or else you can buy Srilnkan cinnamon capsules and can take twice daily.

Ensure don't take excessive quantity, as cinnamon is known to cause too much Gastroparrsis, though a slight Gastroparrsis may be normal as it reduces blood sugar by delaying gastric emptying..

(5) Do a post meal physical exercise/ brisk walk / Treadmill for 30 mnts. It makes sense to buy a treadmill to be kept at home..

(6) Early to bed and early to rise..get up at 5 AM... Do Yoga, Pranayam, meditation for an hour or so !

(7) if you do this ( 1,2,3,4,5 &6,) and if you are type 2 with normal Insulin levels in your body, you may not need medication , or at least you would be able to minimise your medication.

Thanks

May God bless you.

Thank you for this information. Is it possible to calculate food intake in grams using your body weight, 30-40 % carb and 20-30 % of carb?

What about animal products for protein?
