Had a routine health check yesterday and going to record my stats here - to compare in the future. Hopefully they will improve due to my increase in exercise:

BP 113/82

Pulse 83

Weight 74kg

BMI 27.85

Cholesterol Total 4.89

HDL 1.37

Ratio 3.6

Cardiovascular Risk 1.5%

All in all, not bad for 48 years old but do need to lose a stone.

Run today was good πŸƒπŸƒ
