swollen feet etc
I got as far as Week 8 and did sneak in a 30min jog. However my feet, ankles and lower calves had swollen in the hot weather to the point where I could hardly get my shoes on. The gp prescribed a low dose diuretic which had some effect, as has the drop in temperature. My ankles still swell in the

Leg Cramping, Ankle Neuropathy...Help!
Hello all! When I last posted 2 months ago, I had questions regarding the possibility that my daily 1,000 mcg sublingual might no longer be adequate to address PA, even though all of my test results were adequate (MMA, Homocysteine, MCV). Since then, however, I've developed left ankle numbness/pain.

PMR with type 2 diabetes

Wasting—losing muscle mass
I have lost almost 30 lbs since Nov, but I recently learned only 11 pounds were fat. My lower arms and legs are skin and bone at 146 lbs. Am on diabetes meds, and just got off Mounjaro. I am tapering steroids (arms and legs good and bruised). But I understand steroids can cause wasting. Any

Relieve pain in the penis, scrotum and perineum?
Pain in the penis, scrotum, and perineum can be distressing, but there are several approaches that may help relieve the discomfort. Here are some suggestions: 1. Apply warm compress: Placing a warm compress or towel on the affected area can help relax the muscles and reduce pain. Ensure the compress

Prediabetes disgnosis
My AIC is at 6 which is borderline to diabetes. I am taking steps to modify my diet and lose the weight I gained during COVID and while on PRED. I tapered off PRED THIS June. I have a family history of diabetes so I am aware that while my siblings were diagnosed in their 50's I have postponed the problem

I have diabetes 2 and love Cheese!
🧀 I have diabetes 2 and I have over my life luved the stuff! I cannot sleep, I know it takes time to digest, thus the heat from it in my system, keeps me awake! My Dad used to creep down in the middle of the night, for that snack of the stuff, he was into blue cheese, it blocked his cholesterol, eventually

sensitive to side effects
I am trying my 4th type of blood pressure medication and I am struggling with insomnia and anxiety. Has anyone else? I also had urinary problem while taking lisinopril. Overwhelming weakness on candesartan and insomnia. Same on Amalodipine. I am now trying a diuretic! I am a bit desperate to be honest

But am now starting to get one breakthrough session of rls a night & am worried it will get worse. Should I stop reducing the gabapentin

I had my HBA1C this week and had the results back and it came back as 98. I started taking mirtazapine after my last test. I feel absolutely fine and have never been in hospital because of my diabetes I also have high cholesterol. Will they just change my medication or up my dose or will they tell me
