Duloxetine
Hi I have been on this drug now for 5 weeks and noticed changes. My sleep pattern now has more bad dreams. I don't feel like eating and I'm drinking the equivalent of the North Sea, (Water as I don't drink alcohol). I used to be Metazipine, Citalopram and fluoxetine. I'm being tested for bipolar and

Hello, I've bin prescribed venlafaxine XR 225mg & can't stop yawning & feel tired. If taken night I wake up. Day is bad 2 even splitin dose
As I've said I'm really tired like a zombie through the day and it was my last resort as I've been on a few antidepressants. I've tried all in a morning 3x 75mg, split the dose over the day and taken at 7pm. I'm in a state of constant fatigue, so tired I can't bear it yet it makes me tired but I can't

You were right
Answers to my last post made me realize you are right! I have not been taking PMR seriously enough. Unfortunately about that time my incredible primary Doctor stopped practicing and I could depend on her for everything. So I returned to rheumatologist who made a plan to reduce prednisone and Duloxetine

Good Endocrinologist in West Yorkshire?
Hi I attended the pain clinic today and was pleasantly surprised that the dr agreed that I have underlying issues that need sorting (low Vit D, thyroid antibodies etc., TSH not under 1) that could be causing me to feel so crappy. I spent 4 hours in A&E last night following 2 hours of palpitations which

Withdrawal symptoms
Hi I was initially on sertraline and then changed to duloxetine due to nerve pain and a spinal issue. I saw a gp on Thursday who told me to just stop taking duloxetine. She said I didn't need to reduce it gradually but just to stop it. I'm now having headaches, I'm extremely exhausted and feel spaced

Feeling a lot better….. getting rid of stress.
We all have different triggers, but the one we all share, surely, is stress. My own experience is quite stark. As described in earlier posts, my last 2 weeks were extraordinarily stressful to the point that I was getting physical symptoms in my body. Consequently, my heart was in and out of AF so regularly

Anxiety and panic turns to depression :S (Paroxetine?)
Following my stress and panic attack last Thursday, I went into a deep depression on Thursday evening for about 12 hours. My head hurt in a way I am struggling to describe – a heavy pressure in my head, my thoughts locked in despair, my whole body tingling unpleasantly, completely unable to sleep. I

Tramadol and Duloxetine together ..
Hi! I am taking 100mg Tramadol four times daily and am today starting my Duloxetine daily. Has anyone taken these medications together? My Dr is aware I take both but the dreaded google seems to advice against? If anyone has any experience in taking these together would be great to hear. Thank you

Depression lifts but no other improvement
Hi folks, well I've been on B12 SI since early May. I don't have a firm diagnosis, this is a therapeutic trial. Nothing has improved much except my depression, I keep thinking I must be barking up the wrong tree because there should be other improvements by now but when I try to reduce from two injections

Duloxetine?
Hi all! I am just wondering if anyone takes duloxetine to help with fibromyalgia? I was taking citalopram for 3 years, for depression and anxiety, but recently managed to come off it. It seemed to be going well, but all of a sudden my fibromyalgia is a whole lot worse and I have realised how beneficial

What medication works for you?
I've already exasperated one rheumatologist by reacting negatively to the meds she's prescribing! At my last session she just about gave up and asked me what I wanted to do, I DONT KNOW DOC, YOU TELL ME, lol 😂 Anyhoo, I seem ok on 30mg duloxetine, as long as I don't run out (MAJOR headaches...) Hydroxychloroquine

an update on my anxiety

Hi everyone, hope you are all as well as you can be. I had my daughter's first birthday party today and all in all, despite the initial dread, its been a wonderful day! Her and her 2 year old sister had a lovely time and we had her great aunt from Canada in attendance to meet them for the first time

Hi all hope your day has been a good one and if not hope tomorrow is better! Has anyone taken Duloxetine to help with mood and pain? My rheumatologist seems to think it may be helpful at the moment whilst I'm waiting for a new treatment to work.
