Management of premature ejaculation (PE) Super Vidalista includes dapoxetine, an SSRI that modulates serotonin levels in the brain. Dapoxetine helps control ejaculation by delaying the reuptake of serotonin, thus improving ejaculatory control.

I read in a book Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) like dapoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, could help with delay ejaculation. Has anyone used such for this? Wondering on their effectiveness and any side effects or caveats about them.
