Switching from citalopram to paroxetine after 7 weeks...
The Dr was amazing!! He said to stop cit and begin paroxetine immediately. He also wants me to take diazepam 1/2 twice a day and one at bedtime. Anyone ever have experience with any of this?

Fibro fog
I have suffered from Fibrofog for nearly 3 years. I am 39 years old. It is horrible to deal with sometimes. When I spoke to doc he looked at me confused. I have seen a neurologist and had a Cat scan and nothing which is good. Neurologist told my doc to put me on Duloxetine 60mg and this is everyday.

Duloxetine and Amitriptyline - Adrenal Fatigue
In May 2013 I asked my GP to put me on Duloxetine (alongside my 20mg Amitriptyline), as she refused to send me to pain clinic. However after an initial 3 week "rush" I slumped into really bad fatigue. After 6 months I moved over to Fluoxetine, as I suspected the adrenalin levels in my body had been

Paroxetine/Alprazolam
Last night I took a tablet to help me relax, anti-anxiety tab. But it didn't work at all: felt really edgy, not relaxed at all and heart still bit on overdrive. After an hour of my fretting getting worse and brain burn I was feeling really terrible, tired but so wide awake. So i stumbled out in the semi-darkness

Saying hello!
Hi everyone Sorry I haven't been on here much in recent weeks (months?). Lots of mainly good things happening so I'm feeling reasonably ok in mood. Since going on Duloxetine for fibromyalgia I am generally in a lot less pain which helps my mood which is also better anyway as the med is an anti-depressant

The nurse from my Pain clinic is suggesting this drug for chronic pain combined with Tramadol . Has anyone taken it for pain. I don't like what I am reading online as I am wondering if there is another agenda here. Because I kept crying, I'm a very weepy person , she kept talking about low mood and suggesting

Getting a fibro diagnosis
HI I posted a while ago about my chronic pain diagnosis, and that I was going to try steroid injections. I've had problems with neck pain since I was a kid. I'm now 28 and still suffering on a daily basis. After MRIs / x-rays /EMG etc I was diagnosed with chronic neuropathic pain and put on pregabalin

Have tried so many different Meds thought this one might be the ONE, Worse than the pain I got from Duloxetine, all these drugs meant to treat Fibro, make mine worse

Has anyone experienced a strange whooshing vertigo-type sensation...
... (as if you're standing on a high ledge, or someone gives you a shock) that goes from your temples through to your stomach and out through your fingertips? My flatmate has been experiencing this as well as pins and needles in her left foot. I wondered if it could be a slight carpel-tunnel type thing

The Brain in Pain study seeks to better understand changes in brain chemistry that might explain the pain in Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. To do this, the study will be using a method of brain scanning that enables us to look at which parts of the brain and which chemicals are active during

Always exhausted
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia ten years ago after two years of constant pain and tiredness, sore throats, hoarse voice etc etc. Until the summer of last year, I survived - but with a much-changed lifestyle - taking the pain killer Meloxicam, Omeprazole to counter its effects, Duloxetine for depression
