Under investigation for angina.
As late as last November I was
cycling
and walking for at least an hour daily with no problems. Here are some odd features about the pain: 1. Very often if I press on the area, partucularly around a spot on the left rib, it feels tender to the touch. Is this typical of angina? 2.

But that's okay....I'll get back at it when the
cycling
holiday is over. Anyhow, just wanted to checkin to say that I'm still happily running and didn't give up after graduation.... Have a good day, all.....

Week 1 - Thigh Pain!
So I have been regularly
cycling
at least once a week (minimum 20miles) for the last few years and have decided since December 2021 I will start running. Whilst I didn't start I have been pace walking at least 2-4 miles three times a week whilst still
cycling
once a week for the past 6 weeks.

Is it my heart?
Because of this it’s stopped me doing any sort of exercise other than light slow and steady
cycling
and for the last month or so I’ve felt a lot better and was able to get in the garden etc. I thought I’d turned a corner.

Anyone tried Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome protocol using T3?
It involves
cycling
T3 for a period of time to eventually wean off the T3. Has anyone tried this? Good and bad stories please! Thanks

Help with cycling
Initially I thought I'd have to stop
cycling
but the meds and bike adjustments helped me find ways round that. If anyone here is experiencing similar problems I'd like to offer any help I can .

Share my experience after few months with MPN
Since that time, was a continuous improvement, the feeling of fainting and syncope was disappearing, was able again to exercise not only on
cycling
but also running and lift weight and my life slowly slowly is getting better.

No posts for a long time but I’m back!
Cycling
and strength training also helps my knees if I’m good about doing it. Happy running guys - one question- how do you know when you need new shoes? They feel fine but how do you know? (There is likely a post somewhere on here already - but I’m lazy and like attention 😆)

Chest tightness after exercise
I can manage very small amounts of jogging (3 minutes) and have been able to manage 5 minutes
cycling
. More recently, when I get back from a 10 minute walk, my chest can feel a bit tight and breathing a little harder. My lungs feel tired.

Long term Bisoprolol side effects!
I'm struggling with my
cycling
as I simply do not have the puff I once had but, of late, I've been feeling a tad queasy and lightheaded - the heart seems fine and the blood pressure within the bound of normality. Could this be a longer term reaction to the Bisoprolol? Any thoughts?

I did (pretty heavy) weightlifting and
cycling
for many years prior to the HA and would dearly love to do these again, and would like to do this in partnership with a professional that knows what they're talking about.

Newbie.
I had been
cycling
for the last 35 years , competitively and thought I was really fit. When
cycling
uphill or making a big effort, my heart rate would go quite high , sometimes up to 200 beats per minute. This has been going on for at least 8 years, since I started using a heart rate monitor.

I figure less temperature
cycling
on the syringe stuff should be preferred. Last month was an "off" one for me, I get extended good and worse periods, good ones tend to be shorter than "off" ones. I hope to see some slow improvements as the INF takes hold. My 3rd dose will be back at Dr office.
