The latest edition of PSPA Matters is now available for you to download to read or listen to.

As usual, the magazine is packed full of informative articles, personal experiences and updates.

In this edition, you can read about John's motivation for taking on a bucket list challenge of cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats, how he trained and how the cycle went.

As we enter spring, you may be also interested in some guidance and signposting we share to aid any plans you may have for organising days out in the UK.
