High cortisol+NDT?
Is it dangerous to take NDT whilst cortisol levels are high (as shown by 24 hour saliva test)? If not dangerous would it interfere with NDT working? or is that just with low cortisol? Very confused. Thanks!

Lyme disease positive
Have just tested positive for Lyme disease. As well as hashi's, hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue, low cortisol and progesterone. Lyme is new today, others were last month. Pain is horrid. Any words of wisdom for me?

Switch from Thyroid-S...?
Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I am currently reviewing my options: staying on Thyroid-S, trying any of the other Thai brands instead, or giving Erfa another chance (I do have a prescription for Erfa but don't like the critical reviews going back a couple of years). It's also possible

Cortisone injection
So I'm wondering what sort of response anyone has to extra-articular steroid injection. I had an acute bout of bursitis a few weeks back. I had an injection ( not in the joint) of depomedrol and lidocaine. I had so little change in my pain level that I went to ER. Toradol injection, naproxen and a sling

Cortisone Inj in Dx of Fibromyalgia
Rheum gave me
cortisone
shots in my bottom as dx tool. Feeling much better. Is this common to have systemic relief this way. I'm curious as to why she gave me the shots as a diagnostic too. I don't fit the typical scenario with all 18 trigger points. Mine is deep muscle pain throughout my body.

Exhausted
Hi brothers and sisters, I am 34 years old male, diagnosed with Behcet disease in 2002, been on different dosage of
cortisone
and since then, as you all know the complications of Behcet I in addition to that started suffering from the side effects of my long term
cortisone
treatment.

Life threatening acute asthma
They 'thru the kitchen sink at me for hrs and I was not responding - I've magnesium/potassium/ventolin/
cortisone
and more besides. I ended up having to be externally ventilated by a bipap mask/machine.
