Post menopause mast cell reactions and is there light at the end of the tunnel?
I wondered if mast cell reactions would reduce at some point post menopause and if anyone else found a way to control estrogen dominance to reduce the mast cell reactions? What tests, if any, can I ask my GP to do?

It's me again!!!
I had the Dutch cortisol test done. Results were a worry. Basically my HPA-AXIS needs support due to high levels of nightime free cortisol and cortisone. My DHEA-S is low in range too. Spoke to my doctor who wasn't bloody interested as usual so resorted to Google. From your previous recommendations

Anyone tried ThyroLux supplements for Hashimotos or can recommend a different thyroid medication/ supplement
Iam looking at trying ThyroLux it seems to get good reviews but not sure if women are taking it for a supplement or whether it will actually be able to be used long term as a supplement to help control Hashimotos and keep TSH under control? It does have iodine in it so bit wary as I have felt more hypo

It's me again! Cortisol and estrogen knowledge?
Sorry it's me again. I've had a cortisol test done by Regenerus after lengthy posts regarding my thyroid. I wanted to find a possible answer to high anxiety as in previous chats. If there is anyone here who can look at my test results I would be grateful. I know you're not doctors but I'm wandering if

Hi all I’m going through the dreaded menopause after having a hysterectomy and I’m estrogen resistant! They cannot get it to go in my bloodstream. Now my thyroid is under active the docs say I have normal bloods yet I feel like an engine that’s breaking down. What can I do please please help me.

It's game over for us - how do we move on from failed IVF?
We started IVF after a complicated MMC just before the first lockdown in the UK and a misdiagnosis of partial molar pregnancy resulting in a couple of months of going into hospital for tests at the height of the pandemic. We didn't ever want to suffer a miscarriage ever again and had been told we could

Endometriosis after menopause?
Hi, I am post menopause and having trouble with dryness/soreness, I've been told I need to take Estrogen in the form of Estradiol vaginal tablets. Its only 10 micrograms, but I am very worried It will kick start the endometriosis I had treated twelve years ago. I was in pain for many years before finally
