Anastrozole with BAT question
As I experiment with BAT (to the horror of some), one of my doctors has strongly told me to limit Anastrozole to 0.5 mg once every two months or, at most, 0.5 mg at the time of injection and 0.5 mg one week later, saying “anastrozole only stops the conversion to estradiol. 2-OHE1 and 16a-OHE1 are

Transdermal E2 Gel (tE2) As An Alternative To Lupron
Many of you have been asking if the tE2 gel that I've been using for four and a half years now will help eliminate hot flashes/flushes and the all too common side effects of Lupon injections? I thought that I answered those questions in my many trimonthly blood test results. When everything else failed

When you stop meds?
Hi all I have seen many a post with people asking when to stop meds once pregnant and never really understood it properly before. So having had treatment in Cyprus, they told me to continue to take the progesterone and oestrogen for 3 months. However, I asked again last week for more detail about how

when do you normally stop taking progesterone and estrogen after positive test? I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and desperate to stop medication as it makes me bloated all day, sick and other side effects

HRT newbie help! NHS appointment, finally!
I needed a post of my own after "130396"s post today about Utrogestan and Estradot. It's taken almost 7 months but my NHS phone appointment is finally around the corner now, next Thursday. GP was reluctant to prescribe HRT herself. My periods first stopped in September 2020, then made a reappearance

Extreme Reaction to Combination Pill
GP suggested I trial Gedarel 20/50 contraceptive pill as a different form of contraception after two failed merina coils and constant bleeding on all prostegeon only contraceptives (heavy period for 6 months kinda symptoms). The main reason is to control my Endometriosis. In the 8 days I've taken

IVF and increased cancer risk?
Hello all, I signed my consents and it said each time that there's no evidence IVF increases the risk of cancer. However I've had a Google following reading some posts on Facebook and I've seen high quality studies suggest that there could be increased risk of breast and ovarian cancer. I think this

Prolactin levels and your experiences ?
Am wondering how many of women here have had high prolactin level readings on a regular or even irregular basis ? Have you not been tested ? There’s some interesting treatment studies into using prolactin receptor antibodies instead of prolactin suppression as an effective inhibitors of endo growth

Using transdermal E2
Ronron's posts about using E2 instead of ADT have been interesting. Who else has used? If so: 1. Has anyone switched from using Lupron (or any 1st or 2nd level ADT, such as Firmagon, abiraterone, etc.) directly to transdermal E2? 2. Has anyone who has used it eventually become castrate resistant

Bio-Identical Estrogen Safety
I miss my estrogen. I have osteopenia and I'm post menopausal. At the age of 64, is it safe for me to take bio-identical hormones for my bones? I have been without synthetic HRT for about two years and my bones are falling apart. Are there any studies on bio-identical HRT?

Best HRT options after total hysterectomy
Hi, hope you’re all having a good day 🤗 After having a total hysterectomy and ovaries removed, I’ve been on Tibalone for a few years now, it seemed to be working, I wasn’t having too many menopause symptoms, but for the last 6 months it has got so bad, I have no energy, low mood, really bad brain fog

hi all I would welcome some advice on lingering fatigue. I am on a trial of t3 with nhs endo. Currently on 75mcg t4 and 15 t3. I am fairly well on this. Given that endo is highly unlikely to change this as he wants my tsh higher, I am thinking this is me now. However t3 allows me to exercise and
